Omg ? the experience was phenomenal! From the service to the food! Diego was exceptional. I had to return a drink 2 times and although I don't like doing that, Diego made me feel comfortable asking for a different drink. The fajitas were protein heavy and the drinks were big. The chile relleno was perfectly battered and cooked. The flour torillas were handmade there! I will be back and have no need to look elsewhere. Thank you La Hacienda Real for my new go to place for comfort and a great time ?
The food there was well worth the money paid. The prices were that of your typical mexican restaurant and their portion sizes were very generous. I probably would pay to eat there again but I am not sure and here is why... As far as customer service is considered I only rated it a one star because when I went in to pick up my food I waited patiently for assistance and a man walked in after me, stood behind, and when the server came she looked straight at him and said como puedo ayudarte? So was it because he was a man, a Hispanic like herself, or because I was in sweat pants? I am not sure but umm rude!!

This place is always busy and we were looking to try a place we hadn't been before. Atmosphere is ok. We were seated right where we walked in from so didn't see whole restaurant. Menu is ridiculously big. Ordered and alcoholic drink and it came in a freaking bowl. So weird, but tasted ok. My Aunt stirred her drink and about 6 fruit flies came to surface. Gross. There were fruit flies all around the window sill too. Waiter was not attentive whatsoever. He did bring a new drink with no bugs. Food was ok. Waited 30min for waiter to bring check finally had to get up and go to register and have someone else get us check. Manager did take off the drink but I had to tell him too. Long story short....Will not be going back.

The lot had a number of cars so I had high hopes, that hope was misplaced. The margarita was good, but not amazing. I've had better in the area. The food was straight out of a retirement home cafeteria. The fajitas smelled great when they passed by but I don't love the veggies so it's not my goto. I'm not even sure the kitchen had basics like salt and pepper. The enchilada had no evidence of sauce and the quesidilla was unseasoned chicken with low or no fat cheese so there was no flavor. Even the salsa was disappointing, it had all the flavor of a mediocre jar salsa from the grocery.

Food was good. Service fast excellent. We were served water, tortilla chips, salsa and refried beans before they took our order. The salsa was a bit spicy. Serving sizes were generous. Prices were good. Free paved parking. Restroom was clean and well maintained. Entrance is around the building to the left from the parking lot.

First time I dine here, food was great. Excelente portions and let's not forget the flour tortillas that are made in there.We had a large party, 14 to be exact. Called ahead but still had to wait 30 mins for the table to be available, they gave it to other guests.
