I’ve been to this place a few times but it’s been a long while. I stopped by yesterday and the young guy in front was not welcoming at all and didn’t even acknowledge I was there, until 5 minutes later when I said “hello?”. He didn’t seem like he wanted to be there at all. I got about $65 worth of stuff and most of it I got frozen, which was extremely disappointing. Everything I asked for there was plenty of in the front but he grabbed everything from the back (freezer). The taste of everything also didn’t taste the same at all as I remember. Don’t think I’ll be going back after that.

Design/Aesthetic: 9/10Actual 0Although I do love the way they look, it definitely doesn't taste even close to that. Most of the time the cakes are not fresh it's very obvious on the first bite itself. Bit of a let down. Also, service is not that good.

The pastries are wonderful here but the customer service is disgraceful. The staff that interact with you are unfriendly and don’t seem to know anything about the pastries they prepare. They don’t t know how to appropriately engage and make you feel like you are bothering them as they try to usher you out as quickly as possible. The pastries are the only reason that we have visited over the years but, after today, I’ve decided that it just isn’t worth it anymore. Their prices are also way too much especially when you factor in the horrific customer service. Over three years of visiting and the customer service has consistently been terrible. Not planning to return.

The bakery products are good but we found a hair in one of the cheese cakes. Also, their coffee is just terrible. My experience is based on more than 10 bakery purchases and three coffee orders - out of three orders they did it good only once. The taste is terrible, hot coffee is warm and they only put 1 espresso shot in latte, which tastes like ... well milk.As to the bakery, in comparison with many other bakeries they are one of the best and everything is delicious.Do: Order and taste everything from their pastries and bakery goods!Don't: DO NOT ORDER COFFEE!!! (Even don't take it for free)Please, check you hygiene standards! This is the main reason I decided to downgrade my review from 4 to 3.

Had the Uber cream cheese bun, the almond croissant ? and the Uber lava cheese cake. They’re all to die for. Excellent quality pastry. It’s a hidden gem in terms of quality desserts. It’s mostly just to take out to go. Have had the dark Amethyst dark chocolate and raspberry before and it’s delicious and so well made. Definitely worth it.Parking: Easy parking

I've been wanting to try this place out because I love Mill crepe cakes and they have a durian flavor! However upon entering into the store, the young guy at the front was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. Very short with his responses and had a presence like he didn't want to be there. I already knew what I wanted so I just wanted to go in and then put. I got 2 cakes - the durian and ube flavored crepe Mille cake that were frozen (which is fine cause he did warn me they were). Ube lacked the ube flavor, it was subtle but nothing special. I haven't tried the durian yet. Small store, different items available. Not worth the drive and time for me, and especially with the lack of service - I wouldn't come back. The pictures and their social media looked better than what it is.

The service was immediately terrible. The young man working the register definitely did not want to be there. Barely spoke to us and when he did, he did not seem to want to. We asked if we could refrigerate them at home for a day and he had no idea how to answer. We just wanted to buy a couple items and put one in the fridge for the next day.The opera cake - I looked up online that it is best eaten after set at room temp for about 45 min - this is usually information that the business would tell you in interest of serving you their best product “, but of course, that young man was not trying to make our experience better. The mango passion fruit cake was delicious. The prices seem a little high, and considering the customer service was so bad - I will not be coming back. If customer service was better, I wouldn’t mind supporting a small business and paying the prices.

I met up with some friends at this shop because the pastries looked really cute. I wouldn't recommend this as a place to meet up with your friends unless you are OK sitting outside. So it might be better in the spring and summertime (I went in the fall). The pastries are adorable and very tasty. I ordered a mocha, but it came out as a plain coffee with foam on top. The person working seemed very busy and kind of stressed so I didn't mention anything to them about it. I would recommend this as a place to pick up cute pastries for parties and special events.

The bun was tasty but my low stars is due to how they packed it. It was close to closing time and they had to cut the bun. As you see from the picture they just threw it into a brown bag. No plastic container or wax paper or fork or napkins.

Seriously, I could rate this a ten. Just returned from three weeks in Paris, and did not taste anything that compares to these unique pastries. The storefront is a bit of the a hole in the wall, but the taste, delight and experience is well worth the adventure.

Easy to find location; small parking lot in the back. Friendly service and the baked goods are phenomenal! A bit spendy, but worth every bite!!Love the Ube chocolate chip cookies, Ube/regular cheesecake; Basque cheesecake; almond croissant; raspberry fantasy; cream cheese bun; ube mill crepe cake. All fantastic and I love that none of these items are too sweet. It's baked perfection!

I ordered a custom cake and it came out amazing. With only 5 days in advance, they really brought my idea to life. The cake itself tasted great. The cake was a bit thicker than I'm used to but it was good. The cream cheese frosting was great. My wife loved it. I also bought some macarons while I was there too. They were ok. They tasted a little stale. Maybe I got an old batch or something. The bakery is small but they have a lot of options. It all looked delicious. They make Japanese pancakes! I will definitely be coming back for those soon.

We stopped here for a hot chocolate and sweet treat when our park adventure got rained on. The place is tucked away, with no indoor seating. The interior is very cluttered, and there isn't really a whole lot of room to move around. There was only one individual working and it took them a good 10 minutes to finish up their task and start some soufflé pancakes before serving our party. The case was mostly cleared out (it was about 3:00pm), but we were each able to grab something we wanted. The hot chocolate was underwhelming (it was made with water and was more water than chocolate). Probably wouldn't return because the prices don't match the level of service you receive. You need to have more than one person working at a time.

We drive from clear across town to experience the souffle pancakes here. Couldn't wait to dig in, so the second pic is a smidge too late. We always pick up some macarons and other treats while we're here as well. Love this business!
