Great service great coffee great pastries.

My main problem is with the staff. Behind the counter, the employees are frequently noisy/annoying, they overcorrect/overcomplicate jargon, and act like the cliche rude Portland barista. Especially when the POS defaults to a 25% tip, I expect to not receive attitude, like eye rolls and scoffs for simple, ordinary requests, like simple syrup and cream, both of which were not on the condiment bar upon my last visit. It's never a pleasant or relaxing environment, making it hard to read, work, or visit with friends. Again, when the staff are being rowdy with each other, they've been rude or unpleasant to interact with, the music is loud, they default to a high tip %, it's hard to feel welcomed and like I'd want to return. Seriously, Lionheart staff need to act more professional, mature, and respectful if they want locals to return. Customer service and creating a welcoming environment is critically important, just as it is to make quality food/drinks. I gave an additional star, because at least the coffee is a level above most shops in the area.

Good coffee and friendly staff. It’s pretty spacious, a great place to work, but found the connection to be pretty bad and kept disconnecting. Also, would love if they had an actual menu to choose from.

The baristas are uniquely sweet and friendly. They make it such a nice place to sit for a while. It must be a great place to work. Also the cardamom latte is 👌

Lionheart is a Beaverton staple that does a lot of good in the community! I have been impressed with their frequent offering of heat and water with no purchase during snow days, support of their employees’ other ventures by offering events such as floral design workshops, and support of local artists through the murals painted on their windows, etc. On top of all of that, the coffee is always great. :)

My only complaint is I wish they had a vegetarian breakfast sandwich!

Came in for a decaf white mocha with oat milk and it really brightened up my morning! Just what I wanted.

They took the time to help me put together my perfect drink and that was amazing!

I have come a couple of times midmorning, and it hasn't been busy. The food choices do seem limited, but the food that is available looks amazing. The baristas are always very warm and welcoming. The music is always chill, so I don't feel the need to put my headphones on while I work.

Lionheart stepped up their coffee game like crazy over the last few years. Get the caramel macchiato with sea salt. SSSSSSSOOOOOOGOOOOOOODDDD.

The hot chocolate is delicious!
