I love this place, it's so good!

Other reviews don’t lie - place is filthy and staff was so slow and rude. Other burger places around are much better choices for families. Hopefully better management gets this place together.

Food was 20 minutes late, rude staff. Do better!

The small burger is excellent. The burgers are small, but they're delicious, and they give you plenty of fries. The only bad thing is that you go in and spend a lot of time eating inside and you'll come out smelling like fried food. But everything else is very good.

Online order - was done right on time, staff was friendly and greeted me when I arrived, food was excellent. Great for a last minute family takeout night.

I want to know how I can get a hold of management about this because this is really unacceptable. I placed an order for a well done burger and fries at 5pm to be ready for pick up at 5:30, when I arrived at 5:31 they told me it will be another five to ten minutes. I work only a few stores down and after my ten hour clinical shift I pre-ordered this in advance so I walked back to work to wait another ten minutes. When I go back at 5:45 Im told it is still not ready. My order was not ready until 5:50, to preorder this and still have to wait twenty minutes past my pickup time is ridiculous. And to make matters worst when I finally get my food and go home, after taking a big bite of my burger I see that it is a very NOT well done burger. I broke it up and noticed all the way through there is RAW meat for a WELL DONE burger. This is just really not ok. If I could give this a zero stars I would.

Placed order online and picked up at the time promised. Place was clean and staff was courteous. The order was right. Very happy and will return.

Friendly service and a nice American fast-food atmosphere however there is a line between comfort food and just bad quality food. The fries are alright but nothing to write home about, the single cheese burger and double cheese burger are just bland and tasteless, worst burger I've had in my life. The chicken sandwich is the worst offender, I dare say it's probably isn't even chicken because wow. It was the worst poultry looking like meat I have ever had.

I wouldn't recommend their food if you value having a good burger or something that you can confidently say is a chicken sandwich. They really need to work on their food quality.
