Customer service is sadly lacking, unprofessional and the hot'n'ready is false advertising. Hurry up and wait for the hot n ready pizza 15 minutes. Which is not a crazy time to wait but hot n ready is a quick grab and go isn't? Love the pizza here though great product.

Ordered a pizza and it was incorrect. Not a big deal generally, however my wifey could not eat it because it had jals on her half (was supposed to be only on one half) and jals affect her asthma. I worked pizza for ten years, so I understand mistakes happen. Messaged corporate and next day received a lovely call from Veronica from the Allen Store apologizing for the mistake (training new employees...I get it) and offering a remake on the incorrect pizza. Picking it up tonight. Great customer service! Will continue to patronize them.

Didn't get the best customer service on the phone. They took my order and then 3/4 way thru just hung up on me. But these new Crazy Bites taste amazing! So I keep coming back just bec those are so good. I wish there was some way to tell which 4-pak was peperoni and which was cheese. But there is absolutely no indication on the boxes and they both look exactly the same. So when I get home we have to bite into them to see who's is who's. Kind of ridiculous. Just put some stickers on the boxes or something!

I'm a typical Portland pizza snob. I didn't come here by choice but came here to pick up lunch that my colleague chose to place because another venue we had originally had chosen did not answer their phone when we called. I was completely surprised my coworker chose the place, so I just went with it. We have a team of 5 employees in our operation, and I picked up 80 dollars worth of pizza and was completely blown away by how much pizza we got for the money. I got back to work, and we broke bread together and will have to admit that it actually wasn't as bad as I perceived it to be and would actually eat their pizza again if given the opportunity. The sauce is good, and the ingredients are plenty. The crazy bread is good with the red sauce, but I would enjoy it more if the sauce was warm. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely a good option if you are looking for something inexpensive and plenty.
