So. Much. Meat. 10/10
They explained everything very well for a first time Hot Potter! Definitely get the All-you-can-eat option if you are hungry, they have delicious waygu beef and lamb!
This place is awesome great food and plenty of it. The spicy broth is delicious and they offer a split pot for trying a variety of broths the mushroom broth was also really good. Gets kinda crazy in large party’s I wouldn’t go with more than like 6 people just gets to crowded. For the price you definitely can’t beat this place highly recommend.
Great spot! Really enjoyed the food. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Place was very clean and nicely decorated. Great options.
Great food, staff helped with understanding how things worked. One word of advice I will give (actually, three): make sure you have a big appetite and/or come with a friend or at least one other person, and come at least three hours before closing. Great place overall. It's like those Korean and Japanese restaurants where you cook on the grill at the center of the table but it's with a pot of broth instead.
The broth is good, the Lobby is clean, the restroom is clean as well. The only downfall is the soap is a little bit too greasy. Parking is free and it's wheelchair accessible.
This is our favorite hotpot. It's always good. We get the vegetarian broth. I think it tastes better than the standard meat broth.
Food came out fast. Staff was extremely helpful. I left so full and happy! All you can eat is definitely worth it as well as getting the sauce bar. Will be back!

I saw Mike Chen from Strictly Dumpling go to one of these in the Seattle area and had to try it. It was exactly as one would expect after seeing a Happy Lamb on YouTube. Definitely worth the trip to Beaverton, but it being a chain, the broths aren't anywhere near as good as places like Chengdu Memory or Shaburina and the like.
Happy Lamb has been a hot pot staple all over North America. My first time at the Beaverton, OR location will probably be my last.
They have raised their prices on premium options to a whopping $43.95 and you have to add $2.99 for sauces on top of that. Also disappointed that I came here for my birthday dinner expecting to get a BOGO deal with my partner but they’ve also changed those terms to requiring you be a party of 4.
Our table and pens are covered in an oily film. Fruit/dessert options are by far the most skimpy of any HL places I’ve been. Offering only old oranges and dusty grapes and some sponge cakes.
The soups themself are extremely salty that I ended up drinking 2L of water by myself. Happy Lamb is no longer a value proposition for hot pot and I will search elsewhere.

I'm not a huge fan of hot pot, but this one is very good, service is fairly bad but this is not a service focused restaurant experience.

I recently dined at Happy Lamb Hotpot, and it was an excellent experience! The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it perfect for both casual dining and special occasions.
The menu offered a fantastic selection of fresh ingredients, from high-quality meats to a variety of vegetables and noodles. I especially loved the lamb slices—they were incredibly tender and flavorful. The broths were rich and aromatic, with options ranging from mild to spicy, catering to all tastes.

Food is great but I don't recommend coming with more than 4 people. More than once, staff have been rude and get attitude when you try to split a big bill. Also, they really try to push you out the door when it's near closing time. Terrible customer service, but the food is good.

Super yummy food! We thought the portions would be smaller so we accidentally ordered way too much food but it was all super yummy and healthy. So many fun flavors and textures. Excellent service and atmosphere. Def gets crowded fast though and a bit expensive. Def a special occasion spot for me and my love.
