Food is fine but it’s unfortunately gotten really expensive and they’ve started charging a hidden“broth fee”. Absurd. What kind of hotpot place charges a broth fee? The broth is integral to the whole process. Businesses need to know that they can’t do this.

Food was good until we found a piece of hair in our meat other than that we enjoyed it but I think the hair made us stop and not want to return

The broth tasted bitter. And it's 40 bucks a person. Spendy but fun unique experience.

Overall the food was really good, but unfortunately the service was Teri especially when there's a time limit on the AYCE. We finished out first round fairly quickly and waited nearly 20+ minutes and we're even ignored by the servers walking by. And when they came by later they gave us the incorrect order. Overall not the best or worst experience.

Terrible service, worst hot pot experience ever. I paid for the premium all-you-can-eat and it was an absolute disappointment.
Round 1: More than half of the items we ordered never came out. We waited over 20 minutes before flagging down a server, who said he'd bring the food shortly but another 20 minutes passed and still nothing. We saw the same server outside smoking so we figured he must've forgot. By then, our broth was almost completely dried up and we had 0 food on our table. We had to flag down a second server and waited another 10 minutes before our first round finally arrived. Round 2 came out fine, but when we placed a third order (just one item), we waited another 30 minutes and it never came out. At that point, we had been sitting there for nearly two hours, and my 6-year-old was getting restless. We eventually just gave up and left.
The restaurant wasn't even busy. There were plenty of empty tables yet the service was nonexistent. Most of the time there wasn't a single server in sight, and we had to flag people down repeatedly just to get any attention. This was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. Definitely not worth the price or frustration.

Amazingly flavorful broth with a plethora of spices. Music was a bit loud for us. Service was fast but for some unknown reason they fail to bring out seafood choices without first being hounded.

One of the best hotpot in Beaverton/Portland area that is all you can eat. Premium meats and an abundance of delicious vegetables. You have to pay extra for the sauce bar but it does come with appetizers and is worth it. Service is quick though not chatty, which suits us fine since we are there for the food. The atmosphere is good, clean, though a bit cozy. Expect 2 people to be around 100 USD.

It is very expensive to eat here, even if you are doing the price per item. The food is good, but they nickel and dime you to death. It’s $3 for access to the sauce for the food (what other places charges for salt?), and nothing is labeled (in regard to allergies). They don’t have individual broths at the table, and even parties of 4 are sharing one pot. This is customary in the Portland metro area, but not necessarily throughout the US. So it’s good to know before you go, especially if you have food allergies. Communication from the servers isn’t great, not due to language issues, they just assumed we knew things we didn’t. The lack of communication was truly frustrating. My spouse and I shared a warm sake, it was meh, and not even that warm. 😑 I’m not sure we will go back, especially when you can buy the meats at the Asian Market nextdoor, and make your own hot pot for a fraction of the cost.

Offers a delicious and wide range of meat and vegetable options as all you can eat. Everything was tasty and service was fair. It may have been because they were really busy, as the wait staff was short and not very attentive. Would recommend.
