their food is always great-- the parts that they assemble are flavored well and are healthy and home cooked. I wish people wouldn't write bad reviews for great places just because they didn't like something-- this is Mayan food, and tastes different from the usual expected taco or burrito-- and MUCH BETTER in my opinion-- very flavorful and rich. WonderfuL!!

Very delicious and new to me flavors of Mayan style meats, both the chicken and cochinita pork are very good. Just a little different flavors compared to traditional Mexican. The Panucho's are very good and I recommend you try them. A little pricey for a cart without real seating in my opinion, but the owners are super nice and are happy to explain the different dishes and they are served up quick and fresh.

This place is AMAZING. This will be my go-to take-out place from now on. It’s not even in in my neighborhood but it is so worth a drive! The supreme tacos and the flan are magically delicious. Thank you, Mama Chio!
