We visited this restaurant when they first opened this location but hadn't been back because it was so busy and then really wasn't on usual restaurant rotation. We met friends there last night for an early dinner and Monday night is the time to go. Not busy at all, great service, and while the prices at first seemed a bit high, it was worth it. The medium size house margarita was large and delicious. The food portions were huge and I'll have three meals from mine. Great vegan options, fresh, tasty and delicious. We won't wait so long to return. Wish I had taken photos but believe me, everything is great.

Unreal expensive for the quality, service was adequate but not particularly friendly, food was really, like really bland and under seasoned, my jalapeno margarita was just a margarita served in an obnoxiously large glass with chunks of jalapeno floating in it. Definite pass

Came here for the first time with my wife yesterday for their Sunday happy-hour, it was great! Service was fast, drinks were very good, and the food was delicious! We got the margarita sampler and then a margarita each after, they are huge 32oz drinks! Then ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp and it was delicious! We will definitely be back! Very nice atmosphere as well!

I had the flautas, the chicken tasted not all the way cooked and had a rubbery taste. The rice and beans were good.

It was a bit expensive but very large portions. The food was ok, very TexMex, not authentic Mexican. The Margarita's were very good. I may or may not return, but it will not become my default Mexican restaurant. Service was very good.

Super yummy! Great location, cute atmosphere, reminds me of Las Vegas or Phoenix type feel. Yummy drinks, street tacos were 10/10! Slightly pricy but good food ? Chips and salsa were super ??

I remember this being a great place w/delicious food - I’m hesitant to be critical bc I think it has a great dinning vibe for guests - but the food wasn’t good. I ordered Togo and got the ultimate burger with a side of guacamole w/strawberry cake. The host was in training, respectful and polite as well as the manager helping out with my order. The cake was good, however I wouldn’t have purchased the side guac had a known it was a ramekin size portion for the price. The ultimate burger patty was cold and over cooked & couldn’t be cut with a knife. Fries were cold, too. I picked it up earlier than the time given by 10 minutes so not sure why it was cold. I didn’t eat but a few bites before giving up and making something from my kitchen.Again, the service, vibe and Togo packaging were good - but the food was disappointing, esp for the price.

Margaritas are good. I can't say the same for the food is just okay and WAY over priced. I recommend just going for the margaritas. Very loud on the weekends too.

Told the waitress our son has Celiac Disease and when his food arrived, there was an Oreo cookie on the plate. The waitress did not even understand the difference between corn or flour tortillas. They did nothing about it. When our food arrived, the server put our shared meal in front of my husband and did not bring shared plates as requested when we ordered. I went to move the plate and got a second degree burn, the server said nothing about it being a hot plate (I’m a former waitress). Manager came by and brought burn gel but that was it. I guess the positive was we got someone else’s birthday drink and the waitress walked away when we said it wasn’t ours minutes after they sang to a table next to us. Comically disappointing dinner out.Dietary restrictions: They do not understand celiac/gluten free

Had the most amazing birthday ? an first time at the Margarita Factory with my friends. Love the free shot of tequila and the amazing multicultural Happy Birthday Song. Food was also top notch and so delicious and filling, even got to take some home cause of the generous portions. Definitely recommend 10/10

Say no to companies like this that don't clearly indicate the prices of items on their menus. That should not be legal and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

We get seated and the bench seat has a huge rip in it. We order drinks and my beer mug has a big chip in it, almost cut my mouth. Chips and salsa are delivered promptly but all the chips are broken, salsa is watery and no flavor. We both order enchiladas and the quality of the food is marginal and no where near paying $22 for each plate. A mojito is $18 and you can't order a smaller one. So all in we end up with a tab $70 before tip for very marginal food. We won't be back.
