Great Service & Food!!
The server was very attentive and brought drink refills without having to ask. She was very friendly and polite, although a bit difficult to communicate with due to the language barrier and also due to the mask she was wearing. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. I took half of mine home with me.
Good for takeout
We went there for dinner last night and lady was nice and all and we get our food and my poor grandmas plate was just filled with just fat and NO meat and the salsa had a HAIR in it NOT mine. Told the lady and she just said ok and walked off like I was lieing 😂 not ok. Never going there again.
Go if you want juice for alcohol, be buckled & dimes, be one of 6 but never get service, and get berated and insulted for complaining!!!
Alcoholic drinks had no alcohol & tasted bad (a server even acknowledged they are hit & miss), charged extra for additional chips & salsa (but don’t expect to get them even if they ask, they won’t be coming back) and service was horrendous (they had at max 6 tables and they never came back when they said they would). A server told us we wouldn’t need to pay for the drinks when we asked, then we get to the counter the possible manager took it off reluctantly than berated and insulted me for having the audacity to not want to pay for something we didn’t consume.
Service and food could be better.
Consistancy, good food! Usually go to the Lincoln City location.
I visited this place for lunch with my friend. I guess paying $15 for a good meal is what's getting a standard.
Food - I liked the food; my burrito came with a side of rice and beans as well. The nachos and salsa are offered as a complimentary first round.
Ambience - The ambience is colourful, although we found that there's an off-putting strong smell in the centre area and we have to move near the windows, maybe it was a one-off thing.
Location - plenty of parking and next to a Vietnamese restaurant
This Was my first time going to Mazatlan I originally had planed to go to the Mazatlan in Cornelius but accidentally put the Aloha in Uber. My friend and I decided to go out for a belated Valentine's Day dinner. It was In the evening and not too busy. The waitress was very friendly and attentive brought Tortilla chips and salsa as a appetizer. My Friend and I both ordered the Steak Picado,
Top sirloin, sliced and fried with onions and mushrooms, covered with spanish sauce. For the 2 sides Spanish Rice and Refried beans, I ordered a large Margarita. This is great Restaurant that serves authentic Mexican cuisine. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back as well as check out their Cornelius location!!
Food was great! I had the burrito relleno, had to be the biggest burrito ever! Wife had the 3 enchiladas with chipotle sauce, very good and just the right heat level! Margaritas were great also!

This restaurant is doomed unless they change. No love here in the food or service. We tried it for the first time. Only 2,tables were occupied. They had 3 wait staff on hand but they were busy talking together and rarely came back to check on the 2 tables. Had to ask 3 times for to go containers. The food was bland! The carne asada was extremely chewy. So easy to fix these issues. And the shocker was the $80 bill at the end! Will NEVER return!
Celebrated my birthday here!
As far as Mexican restaurants in a strip mall go, this one is what you’d expect. Kitschy atmosphere, overpriced and under-seasoned food, but great attentive service.
