We've been eating here and getting takeout for over 20 years. It's been pretty consistent. Got takeout a few nights ago. Librado was my server and he was awesome; Friendly and fun to talk to. The food was also excellent. The best it's ever been for takeout. I got the 3 Amigos, my wife got a chicken chimichanga meal and our son got the 3 chicken Verde enchiladas meal. Everything was on point and super-tasty. The Chile relleno in my 3 Amigos meal is probably the best one I've ever had. Traditional, hand-dipped and cooked perfectly. They can be kinda spongy when they aren't prepared properly. It's like the Mexican version of Eggplant Parmigiana. I love 'em both when they're done right.
Anyway, great job folks! <3

Bomb... and the service is amazing, our waiter knows what we order before we sit down and pays close attention to our needs. Big plus here is, they dont bother us while we're eating or having a conversation. By far my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area.
Food is delicious, fresh and the portions are fair for the price.

I've never been to this location before, but as usual, they did not disappoint. Excellent service, great food, nicely decorated, & the employees are genuinely smiling & having a good time. Their perfect margaritas was also fantastic. My favorite dish at Mazatlan is their Fajitas Trio (steak, chicken, & shrimp). If you order their Fajitas for 2, expect to have leftovers, there were 3 of us & we still had extra. They start you off with fresh house made chips, bean dip, & your choice of mild/hot salsa. The Fajitas come with fresh guacamole, sour cream, cheesy beans, & rice.

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday night for the first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. When we asked the young lady who brought us water about the difference between a couple of dishes, she called over Librado. He turned out to be both very knowledgeable about the menu and a genuinely pleasant person to talk to. He recommended dishes for us and kept the mood light with his jokes. When he found out we were celebrating our anniversary, he suggested some drinks. My wife ordered the Mango Margarita, and I went with the Lambrusco Margarita. For food, we tried the Cielo Mar Y Tierra and the Grilled Molcajete.
Miguel helped bring out the dishes, and both he and Librado checked on us throughout the evening to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, the attentive service, and the delicious food and drinks! I almost never write reviews, but this time I felt I had to. I highly recommend this place!

Had a great experience here recently with a large group for a graduation gathering. The staff was extremely nice and attentive! They made the experience worth the while. We had the 3 meat combo plate for everyone, it was great! Except for my personal liking, the shrimp were sweet with some spice and did not taste the best for me, but others loved it so that was just met.
I would definitely go here again.

Maybe it was just the day but the food we got was very bland. The rice was basically flavorless and the beans tasted like standard refried from a can. Food seemed like its just kept warm all day and then assembled in 5 minutes when you order it. Menu is WAY TOO BIG so that means most everything is just sitting in a pot forever.
Waiter was not rude but also not friendly either. Drinks seemed standard. Menu prices are absolutely absurd for the quality of food we received.

I've been going to this restaurant for basically my entire life. I only really got into Google rating stuff in recent years, though. I've been away from the US for like a decade, so I've never taken the time to review Mazatlan. I recently returned to the US, and one of my first stops was this place. I absolutely love their food and always will! Everything is delicious, but my favourite is cheese enchiladas as a combo plate. Furthermore, I've had the chance in the past to visit their two other locations. All equally awesome.

Two male employees specifically were very rude to me in the first five minutes that I got to the restaurant. There is clutter in the back of the place which space could be used for something else to benefit customers. Outdated to say the least.
