I ordered 5 sandwiches, 2 large fries and a quarter pound meal with an upgraded iced caramel coffee drink for my family. Paid for the meal. Then got to the pick up window. Firstly, the guy handed me a watered down black iced coffee with a smidge of caramel squeezed at the bottom of the cup... Uhmmm okay I wont drink it no worries. So I looked in the bag before we drove off and there were only two fries. So I said I am missing a fry. Mind you I had not given a single attitude the whole time. Then a "manager" comes to the window and says to me as she hands me another fry... "Well you can go ahead and HAVE this fry but you only ordered two fries." At this point I was like hold up so I caught her attention as she turned away and said, "umm excuse me but I order two large fries and a meal so that's three fries is it not?" The guy behind her just stood there looking at her like duh as well as I sat there thinking the same and she repeats herself, "you ordered two fries and you got two fries but you can just have those." At this point I just drive away not even mad at her but laughing at the "managers" stupidity! Woooow

McDonald’s needs to do a better job training their managers in Customer Service..Normally, I get great service and food at McDonald’s. I went to drive-thru and gave them the BOGO app Promo code and the drive-thru person said it had already been redeemed. I had not been to McDonald’s that day & the codes can be used every 15 mins so clearly this was an error on their part.I went inside the store and spoke with a manager, Ruth G, who could’ve easily comp’d one of the BOGO items, but she refused. I’ve had McDonald’s managers comp me things in the past because of their errors — but not Ruth.

2024 update:I have such a love-hate relationship with this location. It's close, open 24/7 (except a few holidays a year), and always been there for late night eats.In the daylight hours I've had mixed luck but overall ok experiences. There is no play place at this location for children (nearest is a bit north at Murray Blvd and Cornell).The franchisee of our west side locations seems to really care about the exterior beauty of their stores - love the palm ? trees, fountains with stained glass and metal salmon, and other nice things when waiting in line.Today, drive through was wicked busy so I changed my app breakfast order for lobby pickup and it was 100% right and out pretty quickly.Earlier:Pleasant modernized McDonald's. This store gets busy and parking is tricky. I recommend ordering with a kiosk.Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options, no vegan choices. Despite the COVID pandemic being "over," McDonald's hasn't added back salads, fruit and yogurt parfaits, or many vegetarian options.French fries and apple slices, maybe could ask for a cheeseburger without a meat patty, similar to In N Out.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free or diabetic options noted. Vegetarians would be challenged. Do offer fish for those that are pescaterians or eggs & cheese (breakfast hours) for lacto-ovo vegetarians.Parking: Somewhat weird access, but generally plenty of spaces.Kid-friendliness: No play place. Food is marketed heavily to kids, toys in meals.Wheelchair accessibility: Rebuilt around 2009, so this location is fully accessible.

Well, what to say? It's a nice McDonald's, very efficient, fast, and my order is always done correctly and courteously. Haven't been inside. I just use the drive through. The only thing I don't particularly care for is the sing-songy fellow who takes the orders sometimes... his voice and the way he "sings" his questions kind of creeps me out. I suppose it's his way of alleviating boredom but... eeeuuuwww!
