McDonald's

I don't usually eat at McDonalds, but what made my experience truly memorable was an interaction with an employee named Rosa earlier today around 1:30 pm. While on my lunch break with a coworker I accidentally dropped my drink right as I stepped out to leave. I didn't expect Rosa to step in immediately to help. Without hesitation, she brought me a replacement, reassured me with genuine kindness, and prompt service.

Her proactive response and courteous demeanor turned an awkward moment into a display of top-tier customer care. Rosa exemplifies the type of employee that elevates a brand’s reputation, blending empathy, attentiveness, and professionalism.

Don't ask for no pickles, no onions or they slop ketchup all over your burger.

McDonald's is all about the service and the consistency. I appreciate how seamless the experience is.

Just absolutely disgusting fast greasy fried food that's way overpriced.

3 stars is too high for this place. some of the worst drive through service. order was missing ingredients and the staff was having an attitude.

They gave me the wrong sandwich, I returned they gave me the correct sandwich, Shared the wrong sandwich with a friend everything was okay

Wow, I haven't had McDonalds in so long because of the prices rasing. My girlfriend picked me up the most awful food I've ever had the displeasure of biting into. The bun was like a plate it was so hard, McChicken had no mayonnaise. I think I'll never eat McDonalds again. Absolutely diabolical, you guys should be sued and torn down.

I always find reviewing McDonald's silly because it's McDonald's. Like who doesn't know McDonald's. Still got the teen employees who may forget the pickles, but at the heart McDonald's will always be my favorite fast food joint. Plus the fries are always amazing.

I was treated badly

So today is 7/11/25 at 2:56pm. Don’t get me wrong I love a good meal from McDonald’s however today is like the 3rd time in my whole life I’ve ever had to write a review for anything ever. I ordered a double cheeseburger, that’s it and I immediately pulled over in the same parking lot to eat because I was starving to the point of sickness. Anyway my cheeseburger was completely cold, the cheese was cold and the meat was cold as If they gave me a cheeseburger that was already premade. You guys are supposed to make your food fresh not give me an old cheeseburger for whatever reason you guys did. I still ate the cheeseburger because I’m not ungrateful and I’m not gonna go complain about a refund for $4.68 just posting this so hopefully a manager can see this and make sure their team is doing what they are supposed to do! Thanks.

Absolutely horrible, nickel and dime you. No free drink refills and they don’t tell you that anywhere before you buy. Charge xtra for sauce. Bathrooms out of service. Go to another McDonald’s.

Self order kiosk was extremely slow and glitchy.
Big Mac was made wrong.....2 buns back to back on top instead of in-between patties.
Getting ketchup was a whole mission and ended up getting 4 tiny packets to split between 2 happy meals and 2 large fries ....
