Compared to other McDonald's locations in the area, I think this one is pretty solid in terms of customer service and quality of food. It's McDonald's, so you're not getting anything amazing, but they keep to the company standards from my experience. The inside is fairly clean considering it's a fast food restaurant, and the employees here are generally nicer than at other places, even if they make mistakes on the orders. I got a fun happy meal last time I ate inside and had a good time. They also have a PlayPlace for kids.

Everytime I go in there my food is messed up the fries are not cooked i went and ordered food last night and they said it was ready I go in to get it and it's just the sodas so say it's done so you look better for the company nah finish the job then say it's done it's not hard says it right on the receipt and if you understaffed you should have a back up plan hire more ppl call in managers this is a fast food restaurant

I don’t normally leave reviews but I will say probably the best experience I’ve had at McDonald’s in recent times. The workers were quick to help people at the counter, update me that my order would just be another minute, and were quite friendly. Well done
Drive thru and delivery orders are prioritized over people dining in. There is never anybody at the counter to take cash payments or deal with the inevitable screw ups on the order. Why have a dining area if you aren't going to service it? This is not limited to this location either, all locations do this. Do better McDonald's.

Worst ordering ever. Repeated my simple No. 2 with milk, five times before someone understood. Quality control is non-existent. Prepare to be frustrated. This is happening in many McDonald's.

This indoor playground is a great spot to bring your kids after school to play with other children. While I'm not a big fan of McDonald's food, my kids absolutely love coming here! They enjoy interacting with the other kids and having a good time.
Overall, the staff here try their best, but there are times when they seem to purposefully ignore customers at the front counter, which can be frustrating. It would be more helpful if they acknowledged you and said they'll be with you shortly instead of completely ignoring you. Even when you wave your hand or ask for assistance, it can take a few minutes for them to respond.
Back in August, the coffee Frappe machine broke down and here we are in November and it's still not fixed. Many parents are understandably frustrated by this. It shouldn't take over three months to repair or replace a Frappe machine. Other nearby McDonald's locations have also experienced delays with their machines, but this seems to be the only one without a solution.
Before leaving the drive-thru, make sure to check your bag for all your items, including sauces and ketchup. If you ask for ketchup, they may only give you one packet, so you'll need to be specific if you want more. At a different McDonald's, I was told that I would have to pay for extra ketchup if I wanted more than four packets. Paying for ketchup when buying food for a family of five seems a bit excessive.
It would be greatly appreciated if the Frappe machine could be fixed and if the workers, including managers, could be friendlier and more courteous. As an outsider, it appears that the majority of the staff here may not be enjoying their work, and there seems to be an air of unhappiness. There was one exceptional employee who was always great to interact with, but unfortunately, he has since moved away.
Despite these issues, we are giving this location four stars because we recognize that working in food service can be a challenging and often thankless job. We hope to see improvements in the future and a happier atmosphere for both customers and employees alike.
