the overnight team is amazing. it usually is a bit of a wait, but that’s expected when they only have a few people working. they definitely have the best customer service out of all the surrounding mcdonald’s. they just routinely don’t fully open the fry containers, and give you like half the amount advertised :(

Not sure what was wrong, but the drive thru was insanely slow - like turn off your car slow. If there was an issue with an order, they should’ve just had that person pull around instead of holding up the whole line

Ordered a large sweet tea and chocolate shake at 4:30 in the afternoon today. We were sitting in drive through, window was open. Overheard the manager say “Well Im not brewing any more sweet tea” in an irritated tone to their employees, and proceeded to take the sweet tea cup and move it to behind the counter where we couldn’t see it, and proceeded to dump what I assume, based off taste, raw sugar into the drink since it was apparently and old, low batch. Completely unacceptable, would rather you just give my money back or tell me you’re out of tea. Tasted horrible.

There is one competent manager at this place, theres another that works mornings and evenings interchangeably but the store runs so slow when shes here. 20mins for 1 sandwich, ive seen it twice as busy with the other manager and ive never seen it this slow

Ordered an ice tea/lemonade. It took 11 minutes for them to fll the order and they were no thst busy. Honestly, the service at this location is really slow.

I waited over twenty minutes for a dine in order because they forgot. They also took my receipt, so I can't leave officially tracked feedback. I also watched a kid go to the counter for a job interview because he'd been forgotten about. And there was a gentleman who was cleaning the tables, doing a wonderful job, and was only given thin cardboard as PPE for bending and kneeling. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I don't know I'll be back to this location.
