If you go through the drive thru, where it cuts into two lanes go right. Person taking order in the left lane is always slow.

This location routinely doesn't fully open the French fry container so you end up with less than the full serving that you are paying for.
Also the food isn't consistently good. It happens to be the closest McDonald's to our house which sucks.

The McDonald's on walker Rd has new hours lobby is 7am to 11.pm and drive thru is 24 hrs after one am there is a wait because everything is made hot and fresh so come on down we're always happy to see you

Compared to other McDonald's locations in the area, I think this one is pretty solid in terms of customer service and quality of food. It's McDonald's, so you're not getting anything amazing, but they keep to the company standards from my experience. The inside is fairly clean considering it's a fast food restaurant, and the employees here are generally nicer than at other places, even if they make mistakes on the orders. I got a fun happy meal last time I ate inside and had a good time. They also have a PlayPlace for kids.

Everytime I go in there my food is messed up the fries are not cooked i went and ordered food last night and they said it was ready I go in to get it and it's just the sodas so say it's done so you look better for the company nah finish the job then say it's done it's not hard says it right on the receipt and if you understaffed you should have a back up plan hire more ppl call in managers this is a fast food restaurant
