ordered a happy meal and two double cheeseburgers about 10 minutes before walking in. sat there and watched how every drive thru order and person who walked in and used the kiosk all got their orders before me. an additional 15 minutes waiting inside. wasn’t even that busy. saw the staff sort of arguing amongst themselves. they also forgot the dipping sauce. no surprise there.

I placed an order for 2 Quarter Pounders plain, nothing on them, for a dog. They gave me a receipt showing I paid for 2 Quarter Pounder's with cheese. I told them I'm not paying extra for cheese when I distinctly ordered "plain"! Girl insisted they were the same price. I know better than that as I used to work for McDonalds. Manager came up behind the girl in drive thru and backed the girl's story up. Unbelievable!!
