Don’t go here unless ur craving cheap white washed Mexican food.. promise you’d be more satisfied eating/cooking Mexican at home. Left extremely unsatisfied, but at least they know their worth on price ??

The owner and his staff are caring and wonderful. The food is always fresh & fast authentic Mexican. I enjoy the no frill street tacos and love the salsa bar! Mexi fries with extra seasoning & salsa ranch for the win!

Delicious and fast. Really good steak and carnitas street tacos. Breakfast is amazing also. Ordered ham eggs and pancake for my kid and the ham was the size of my palm and just as thick! My kid who loves ham and said he was getting too full of ham and didnt even finish it. I had the chilaquiles w/ red sauce and it was amazing! Love the horchata on tap too. This may be my new favorite

Mexicali Express is an absolute staple of Beaverton. One of the last of its kind — a no-frills, family-owned Mexican joint serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with counter and drive-thru service. Honest food, unchanged by time. Plus the people are nice. Places like this are rare. Highly recommend.

I have been visiting this little Mexican restaurant since I was a teen and their chicken suprema burrito will always be worth the drive! Food is fresh and the huge salsa and toppings bar allows you to customize your meal further. Don’t be deterred by the bright orange paint and tiny parking lot. You will find a true gem inside!

The best burrito place🙌🏼 been coming here for 5 years and it always hits the spot, every bite is always even with every thing they put in the burrito. Please don’t ever change !

It might be the best to ask them to separate chips and the topping. Most chips got soggy by the time I ate. It was still pretty good tho!

It's a solid fast food type Mexican restaurant in the central Beaverton area, pretty easily accessible and open both early and late. The interior is extremely casual and a bit dingy, but nothing concerningly dirty or gross. They offer all the standard Mexican dishes as well as some breakfast options. Prices are cheap, but it can be a bit deceptive considering that the serving sizes are generally smaller than what is offered at similar restaurants. What my partner and I have tried so far is tasty though, and I would highly recommend their quesadillas with green salsa.

When I'm in town I stop here for a nice cold beer, home style tacos and burritos. Not to mention a small section for Oregon lottery.
