Food and wine were both excellent. The service was absolutely outstanding. Our waitress (I've forgotten her name I'm so sorry maybe started with a K) was a delight. We were visiting from out of town and go out fairly often and it was just very refreshing to be treated so well. Thank you

I have always enjoyed my dining experiences at Mingo. The food is always good, service is always outstanding, and the ambiance on the patio can't be beat. The Max trains passing by might be thought to be negative but in fact, it adds a cosmopolitan feel to an otherwise suburban setting. Mingo has been a favorite for many years.

Fantastic! Food was incredible. Wine...excellent. But our Server was the icing on the cake. Great attitude. Knew her wines and was spot on with service. This was a trifecta of a fabulous experience

Exceptional service and delicious meal. Outside seating was perfect due to a warm early evening. Couldn't ask for more!

Our service was impeccable. The waiter explained in detail our choices and gave detailed wine descriptions The food was amazing. Save room for desert. The tiramisu was divine.

Our meal was delicious. We started with the Mingo old fashioned, then enjoyed the burrata appetizer. Mingo salad and the halibut as my main course.

This is a very good restaurant with good service and good food. One of the best restaurants in Beaverton. I highly recommend it.

Kinda loud but worth it. The food was fantastic. The service was incredible. We had a party of 10. Never waited for a beverage or food. Nice work Mingo. I will definitely be back.

The staff is amazing! So nice and helpful. My food and drinks were so good and unique! You can tell they spend time coming up with their menu.

Update: it's been about 10 yrs since my first review, Mingo is still the best. An absolute staple in our night out rotation

A lot of background noise but the food and service was absolutely top-notch

Having been in Italy not long ago, we’ve been a bit hesitant to dine at any Italian restaurants back in the states. The food over there was sooooo good and the Italian food here in the US is…well, hit and miss. Unfortunately, mostly a miss.

MiNGO was an exception, it was all HIT! We were four for dinner and all had something different. All the dishes were delicious and seemed like something that you would expect to have in Italy. I’m not an expert in Italian cuisine, so I hesitate to call anything authentic, but having just been there for several weeks, MiNGO sure seemed to hit all the right notes. Good wine selection, a well prepared Negroni. We will be back.

We've been eating at this restaurant for 20 years and there's a reason for that. The servers always remember us and that adds to the experience. The food is always good, although some meals are better than others. The prices have gone up recently and so we were a little hesitant but the meals blew us away (Wild Boar Lasagne and Seafood Risotto). There is a family vibe there that we don't experience at the other restaurants near us. Outdoor seating is a huge bonus too.

It's always a joy (and a treat!) to have dinner at Mingo. It's always our perfect spot for a impromptu date night, celebratory meal or a yo enjoy an “end-of-the-week” family dinner. The staff is always welcoming and delightful to engage in conversation the best service. The cocktails and food is always delicious. Overall , a 10/10!

What an excellent restaurant! Having recently been very let down by Beaverton's other midscale Italian it feels good to have found a go-to Italian place in the area!

Tried: ravioli (wild boar), chefs special (bolognese), antipasti, lasagna, tiramisu, chocolate souffle.

I went here with my grandparents and my wife and I don't really have any notes, it was all super delicious. When the simple items like penne bolognese are made so well they become special, you know you're at a good restaurant. The chef even brought out some prototype menu items to sample! Our server said she was relatively new but she was knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely friendly. It's not cheap but you really get what you pay for here. The atmosphere on the patio on a nice spring day is hard to beat. I'll be back!

We have dined at this restaurant for many years. The service, menus, ambiance remain high on our preference for a favorite night out. Our rating for value is at 4 because of the uniform cost to dine out (inflation), not a problem unique to Mingo West.
