Both food selection(especially the features for the night) and service was outstanding. The lamb shank with risotto and Brussel sprouts were delicious. The pasta with panchetta was also tasty. The wine list was good, but a bit pricey. Our server Keelee was outstanding and a true delight! Careful if at a table near the front garage doors, due to cold draft. Better table selection in interior was far superior.
Since the Portland Mingo burned down this Beaverton location is our go to spot! Some of the same menu items and over all value for a restaurant is amazing. Staff very friendly, great wine list!
We have NEVER had a bad meal or experience at Mingo. Food is great but simple, staff are professional and friendly, and the environment is happy. It FEELS local because it is.
I've visited this place a few times now, and it's always been a blast! The food is consistently delicious. Plus, the staff is always so helpful and kind. I'd highly suggest giving it a try to anyone.
Have been planning to come in for some time. Well worth the trip from Salem. Good food, service & atmosphere. Will return soon.
Great food and service.

Service was fantastic and the food delicious. The staff was very conscious of making sure we got our food in time to go to a theater performance.
Each time I'm in Portland/Beaverton, my friends and I have dinner at Mingo West. Always good, always great ambience. This time, the server was great and understood our group had months to catch up, so didn't rush us with choosing items from the menu... I rarely have an issue with food at Mingo West, but I was surprised at how runny the risotto special was....too much liquid on the plate. The scallops and shrimp and other seafood added were perfect.
We had a business dinner early on Sunday night. As usual, Mingo's looked very charming for the holiday season. And our experience with the staff was outstanding (also, as usual). Our server, Amy, was very attentive and engaging. Overall, just a wonderful dinner experience at Mingo's. The food was well-prepared and served nicely, with little wait time. My risotto (a favorite dish during the cold months) was delicious with Scallops and Shrimp. Thanks Again! Ciao! Chris

This was the first time my wife and I visited MiNGO. What an absolute delight! Service was warm and fast. The food was magnificent. Focaccia was sublime, a term I rarely use. Food choices were unique and all sounded delicious. We both decided on the Hanger Steak with Au gratin potatoes and were both delighted. For dessert I had Apple crisp, my wife chose the Bread Pudding. My crisp was outstanding. The bread pudding was a little too dense. Overall, we would both highly recommend MiNGO and look forward to our next visit!!๐๐๐๐๐
The tagliatelle was delicious with the mushrooms and butternut squash, as well as the Foccacia! Affogato was very good! Service wonderful! Thank you so much!
Always great food, drinks and great service! My favorite spot in Beaverton.
