Great food and service. It's a bit more upscale than a mom and pop restaurant, but not super fancy. The ambiance was really nice. We shared a lasagna and a chicken parmesan and they were both incredible.

Great dinner. They went out of their way to help when I called to make a reservation with little lead time. Servers were friendly and quick.

We had not been here in years, and it really delivered a great experience. Our server (Ari?) was great. She suggested the special gnocchi as an appetizer. The Paparadell was Awesome!! We look forward to returning.

Great atmosphere! You can tell the staff all care for each other, and treat the patrons with a personal touch. The food?…so frickin delicious! Have the beet salad and risotto!

Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and the waitress was very helpful with that. She was also very knowledgeable on wine and with coffee, types, mind changes. I didn't get her name but she said she was from Iowa.

The food and service here was exceptional tonight! Loved the salmon with lentils and the arugula salad with mozzarella and lemon oil. Homemade pappardelle with goat cheese and meatballs was so delicious, fresh, light. Loved it all!

Pretty classy Italian restaurant in central Beaverton with some innovative offerings on the menu. Honestly, I might say that it's even a bit too classy over here, though I appreciate the size of the offerings for what you pay for. Everything I've tried here is rich with flavor and you can tell it's freshly made. The braised beef pasta had a delicious wine-based flavor but it was a bit overpowering for my tastes, not sure if it's because my taste palette isn't refined enough though. Their ricotta cheesecake was also delectable but a bit too much for me. If you want a fancy experience with interesting Italian dishes on the menu, this is the place to go, though. Service is great and didn't feel snooty, our waitress was attentive and willing to answer any questions. Place is clean and well decorated.

Impressed

Overall, Mingo West is very good. First courses were wonderful (beet salad, Mingo's version of a Caesar salad). On our evening, March 5, the special of the day was Osso Buco over polenta, and this was fabulous. Pappardella with meatballs were also excellent. Unfortunately, one of our party had a Salciccia pizza, which while tasty, suffered from one of the thinest and soggiest crusts imaginable. The center of the pie had virtually dissolved into mush while the periphery was like a crunchy cracker. Mingo was very busy, and there was a substantial delay after our first courses were cleared and before our mains appeared. These two negatives, however, aren't enough to prevent us from returning.

Annabelle was delightful. She brought our meal swiftly as she knew we were in a bit of a time crunch. Even with expiditing the food, her service was cheerful and relaxed. The food was delicious, and so was the extra treat of lemoncello cream.

We had a lovely birthday lunch. Our service person was very nice and the food arrived promptly and was delicious. While not quiet, we could easily hear each other and the low noise was actually pleasant. I would recommend this restaurant and I will return.

Amazing!! We were lucky enough to hit the last night of their anniversary celebration with signature dishes they have created over the years. Each dish was absolutely delicious. Must try the Bianca pizza and the osso buco. And all the pasta dishes are amazing. Mingo never disappoints!
