Don't order delivery - no utensils or sauce and didn't see any options to include on the apps. At this price point I expect better service than provided. Otherwise the sushi was decent.

I ordered through door dash to my hotel room and I guess I was supposed to say that I needed utensils and sauce. It didn't even occur to me that a sushi to-go order would not have soy sauce automatically included in the order. So the meal was pretty much ruined.

I arrived to pick up my order 20 minutes before closing. The door was closed, attracted attention for about 20 minutes, after which the woman who was there the whole time and ignored me, said that they were closed and they would not give the order. but they did not cancel the order themselves. I lost a total of 40 minutes of time closing the order, and the person remained hungry. Disgusting service!

Sushi was just ok, I wasn’t thrilled with it however the ramen soup was very good.
We try out many sushi restaurants and thought these prices were a little high.

Dined in on the afternoon of Sunday 05/26. One of the servers had an uncaring and poor attitude. After our food was brought we weren't checked on at all as we (slowly) ate our mediocre food. We wanted some Sriacha and kids chopsticks. I would have flagged down a server if one had passed by. Kid just ended up eating with their hands. We also ordered 2 rolls with rice and seaweed only and got charged for 2 avocado rolls which seem excessive. Not a great Mio location and not as a good of service and food quality as other Mio locations.

I recently visited Mio Sushi and had a very pleasant dining experience. I opted for the Bento box, which included ribs, teriyaki salmon, and a tempura mix. Each component of the Bento was well-prepared, but the highlight for me was definitely the teriyaki salmon. It was flavorful, cooked perfectly, and is something I would recommend to anyone visiting. While the restaurant itself is fairly standard, the food quality and service were solid. Mio Sushi provides a good dining experience that reliably meets expectations without necessarily exceeding them. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a dependable sushi place with tasty options.I’m reserving my 5-star reviews for places that truly wow me, but Mio Sushi earns a strong 4 stars for its consistent quality and enjoyable meals. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the mood for some good sush

I have been to Mio a multitude of times now, it's become my favorite sushi spot in town! It's become my girlfriend and my favorite date night spot. The staff are always very kind and very responsive, the food is always top notch, and you can't beat the price, all things considered. $45 for 3 full rolls of quality sushi? Count me in every time!

I’ve been going here since it opened and I’ve never had a bad meal. The food is delicious. The service is always prompt. I honestly don’t know why the rating here is below a 4. This has been a great go to sushi restaurant.

I would only eat here if you really want some good old-fashioned food poisoning. Would be an understatement to say this is the most disgusting food I have ever had. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. you can see there are a lot of 1 star reviews, they must have a lot of bots leaving 4 and 5 star reviews to try to balance it out. What a scam. The owners here must be the most worthless scum in the universe. THERES NO WAY THE EMPLOYEES EAT THIS FOOD. HOW ARE THEY NOT SUPER EMBARRASSED TO SERVE THIS?

We were lucky enough to have them open in the snow storm. I commend the crew for braving the weather to be open when most places were not!! We were housing people who had lost power, because luckily we were still with lights at our house. So find them open was a blessing. Thank you!!

I came in for lunch and had a pleasant time. It seemed like my service wasn’t wanted but they let me sit down anyways. The sushi was pretty good, and I loved the crispy gyozas. Overall this is a nice lunch spot if you’re in a rush and want some pretty decent sushi.

Best sushi in the area! We always get their fried or baked rolls, but the fresh ones are great too. Good sake selection. Love the cooks!
Easy. Great spot for a quick bite and walk around.
Kid-friendliness: Always a success with my kids.

Absolutely horrible service. The lady charged my card twice, put me negative the day I went in there and said she will void one transaction. Today, two days later I see another charge, so I called and she said that the other charges didn’t go through and charged my card without me even knowing. Never got my money back from the second charge. I showed her my bank account the day I was there and that she charged me twice. If this was anywhere else they would’ve voided right there for in convenience but are stealing my money. Now I have to get a new card, switch my whole life onto the new one, and file a dispute which takes forever.Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service.
