It’s called 0& now. Employee was rude and disrespectful body language when she heard our order of popcorn chicken. Was upset because of our order and she made sure we knew that she wasn’t happy. WAY too spicy chicken. Maybe she was trying to punish us for our order? This place changed. Employees complaining about supervisor the whole time we were there eating. Boba and Thai tea were average.

This is not Mo Cha Tea House anymore. The menu has totally changed, and their cups and menus posted on the wall in-store are for Zero&. I got a taro milk tea, and immediately I could tell something was off. The texture was extremely thick, almost like those nutritional breakfast smoothies, and the flavor wasn’t much better. The taro was barely present, being heavily overpowered by an artificial chemical taste. It reminded me of “low calorie” stuff I’ve had in the past that have artificial sweeteners. I asked the cashier who made our drinks if it had some kind of alternative sweetener and I was told cane sugar was used. When we got home my partner did some googling and found that the company, Zero&, is some startup from San Francisco whose specialty is low calorie bubble tea. This is extremely confusing, as there was no indicator other than the unpleasant flavor of the bubble tea that it would be anything different than in the past. It’s disappointing, and I won’t go back to this location after coming here for years. I should also note that this is even worse for me since I have had bad reactions and gotten sick from alternative sweeteners in the past. This is dangerous for your customers.

I got the taro milk tea boba. It tasted like chemicals, I couldn’t even drink more than a couple sips. The service was good but I would not recommend the boba.

Service is excellent, but the drinks are not great. Coffee tastes like the bottom of the barrel burned. The milk tastes like half & half or coffee creamer.

Quick and easy. Staff were nice. The popcorn chicken is recommended for sure. And I tried the pink minion drink on a whim and I was not disappointed at all. I was actually impressed. I was craving good ole Taiwanese popcorn chicken so didn't think their drinks would actually hit. Glad they proved me wrong.

Ordered a milk tea and it was average not the best but not too bad. The pricing was more on the higher side for boba. The cashier was super nice and patient (I took a while deciding on order). Point off because I didn’t enjoy my drink as much.

Took my in-laws and my families here today, total 8 of us, spent $100 on foods and drinks. Worst experience ever, the rice is uncooked, feel like the staffs forgot to turn on the rice cooker and they don't know what cooked rice looks like. I didn't pay attention to it until my kids are complaining the rice tastes different than home, and then I tried, it's not cooked at all. Told this to the staffs and they didn't try to get us the properly cooked rice the whole time we were there. And then, when we were walking out of the restaurant, I overheard another customer telling the staff the brick toast dessert she bought, the toast has mold on it. And my families also ate a mo cha special brick toast. I will never go to this place.

Clean and comfortable tea house in quaint part of old Beaverton, walking distance from BG Food Cartel. Bailey made recommendations on what to try and told us if we didn't like it to let her know. She was patient and made some great drinks! We liked the berry smoothie the most. Will be back to try more of their creations!

A bit pricey but not too different considering the prices of other competitors (things like this are getting more and more expensive anyway) the food tasted decent and looked nice. *My bf liked the ice cream. Overall solid

Tapioca is ranked as one of the best ones I've had so far in the greater Portland area. Friendly staff. Hope to try the brick dessert next time.

Not sure if my favorite or even a solid go to but based on convenience, location and available parking ....This would be a safe bet!! Don't sleep on the pop or chicken and make sure u ask for spicy powder dressing!!!
