Mochinut Beaverton

Bad decision... we just wanted donuts and this seemed to be a good spot. My kids were disappointed as this is not a donut shop. They tasted like nothing (probably made for diabetics) and the staff wasn't great either. The place looks fancy, but we didn't get anything fancy out of it, other than overpriced dough rings that looked great. We will not return...

The donuts were disappointing. I liked two of them out of all the weekly flavors offered. It’s a unique thing to try but they weren’t yummy enough to come back. Staff was very friendly and the store was clean.

The food is good, but the service has just been going downhill this year. Also, they have issues with their fryer where they can't make the korean corndogs or they stop making them at a certain time/limited amount that they run out.

Also, the packaging has gone down where they don't want to give you boxes for the corndogs. It's just in a paper tray.
It was nice with the box cause you can save your leftovers, and there was a built-in spot for the sauces.

I recommend calling so you're not stuck in traffic if you're not in beaverton.

The hot cheeto hotdogs wasn't as i expected, it has some cheap cheese sauce around the corndog that didn't taste good at all.

I was disgusted by the customer service .. you guys really train your employees to act like that? I was helped by Lilith, one of the worst encounters I’ve ever had from a food place. From the start she already had an attitude acting like she didn’t wanna be there like just quit then.. is it really that hard to be nice to people? My friend and I ordered two hot Cheeto corn dogs and we sat down in the chairs right next to where they put the orders. There were two people in the store sitting down eating donuts so I did not expect them to be waiting for food. A guy came up and placed two corn dogs down on the table looked at me in the eye and said order number 37 here you go and so I assume that it’s mine I also saw on one side a hot Cheeto corn dog so I was like okay that’s definitely ours especially if he basically tells us it is. So we take it and when we take the top off the there was a hot Cheeto one and a potato one so we go back inside with the corn dogs and we ask if we can have the right ones since we did not touch the corn dogs or anything. The same girl Lilith was giving the most attitude ever saying it was all our fault and that she has no idea what the guy did because she wasn’t there and she wasn’t watching. How are you going to tell us we are wrong when you weren’t there and said yourself you don’t know what happened? She then said I can pay for two more corn dogs she acted like we ate both of the wrong corn dogs and came in complaining.. like no we didn’t even touch them and we brought them back to her. She had the worst attitude ever I can’t believe she couldn’t even TRY to fix things.

Great concept, chewy mochi texture and nice glazed donut. Just found the atmosphere lacking for a dine in experience. Would have expected more Japanese inspired flavors.

As it looked, it was similar to Pon de Ring.
I'm glad it's available relatively close by.
If this is selling well, I think it would be better for Misdo to come back to America and sell Pon de Ring as soon as possible lol

Thank the heavens, a mochinut shop finally!! These donuts are a million times better than that god awful mochi donut from a local portland store (and none of that gross coconut taste). These are legit and much closer to real japanese Mister Donuts. Wonderfully light, I love them so much and am so goad to see one finally here.
