Nice patio to sit and have a drink. Food was fine and beer selection was decent. Would go back.

Good foods and great atmosphere with location. We sat outside with near fireplace. Everything was great except service. We ordered beers but we didn’t get served around 30 minutes. We went countertop and asked, then we found the beer was just sitting in bar. We brought beers by ourselves. The server didn’t not say any words about missing drinks. But food was great again.

We've been going here for a long time. Food is always good, but portion sizes have gotten smaller over the years so it's now overpriced. They really should work on the portions and prices because this is a great spot. Service is generally good, and contrary to what the other reviewer who's obviously prejudiced (named CJP) said, it doesn't matter the skin or hair color, the severs here are generally attentive.

I have ordered chicken and salads from this place a few times on Door Dash and each time I get a full refund because the food is so bad. Order dates 9/15, 9/24 and 11/3. Half Chicken and Salads. Chicken is greasy and Salad is wilted and stale.

Went to Murray Hill Taphouse for the 1st time to celebrate our 24th Wedding Anniversary. The service was impeccable! Brittany was our server and she was the best. The atmosphere, food and service all 5 star! We’ll definitely return for another visit!

Atmosphere here is great, if visiting on a sunny day, they have great roll up doors and patio seating. Happy hour food is really good, we had some nachos and loaded fries. When I visited, even though not busy, the service was pretty slow, with many people just standing around. They were all very nice however and probably an overall solid 4.5 stars.

Bartender needs to get over himself. Feel bad for the wait staff. Check the ego and pay attention to what's going on around you.

Murray Hill Taphouse is one of our favorite local spots. We first discovered it on DoorDash after a long workday when we were craving a good burger—and it delivered! The food arrived neatly packaged and thoughtfully assembled, which made it clear they really care about quality, even for takeout.

We later visited in person for a Saturday date afternoon. Though it was busy, we were seated right away. Our server acknowledged the slight delays, but we didn’t mind—it was a relaxed visit, and the food was just as satisfying as our first time. The dessert donuts were a fun surprise, generously portioned and perfect for sharing.

A few months later, we returned with friends. Again, we were seated quickly despite the crowd. Service was a bit slow due to how busy it was, but the staff made sure our waters and drinks stayed filled while we waited. We sat near the kitchen and loved watching the hustle and teamwork behind the scenes.

This place is always bustling, with plenty of indoor space and a lively patio. There might be a short wait, but it’s never too long—just enough to work up an appetite. Overall, Murray Hill Taphouse consistently delivers great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a team that clearly works hard together. Highly recommend!
