The food is truly delicious and takes me back to my year abroad in 太原 when I got to travel around a bit

I really enjoyed the food, but the bar service was disappointing; I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my drink while my food had already arrived. I wouldn’t recommend dining in, but it’s a great spot for takeout. If you like spicy food, the chicken is fantastic, and the house-made noodles are of excellent quality.

It's too expensive for what you get. Not worth returning.

Authentic Lanzhou cuisine. Freshly made hand pulled noodles and rolls.
All the dishes I ordered are tasty and temperature hot.

Some of the best Chinese food I've had in recent memory. Service was a bit off, they seemed busy. Food didn't come out at the same time for our party, no complaints otherwise.

Best food of any genre that I've had for a long time. All 4 of us loved our meals - the noodles are epic and the dim sum was very good. Tons of options too. A new favorite!

First time here and it was an overall great experience. Ordering was different since we had to scan the QR and place the order that way. I had to bring out my iPad so that my mother in law could view the menu on a larger screen.

Everything was delicious. Chow mein with homemade noodles was over the top. My favorite are the soup dumplings

Food is excellent! Both the braise beef noodle and the stir fried beef will melt in your mouth.

This was my first time checking out Noodle Dynasty and I really didn't know what to expect. I am sure I'm just a bit old-fashioned, but I like to have an actual menu to look at, rather than a QR code. But I did appreciate that each menu item had a photograph so you know what they dishes look like. That being said, I ordered Shrimp Chow Mein with wide flat noodles. I asked if they had any shrimp dishes with those noodles and the server told me no. But then when I went to order the chow mein it gave me the option to choose which noodles I wanted it prepared with. So that was a pleasant surprise! The noodles themselves were a lovely texture. It's so hard to find wide noodles anywhere, grocery stores included. The shrimp in the photo are prawns, and it was served with much smaller shrimp, but it did feel like a lot of shrimp for the dish. Just don't expect
large prawns. I have to say, the chow mein seemed incredibly sweet to me, more sweet than salty and savory. But I really don't eat sugar at all, so I know I'm more sensitive to it than others. But it was definitely too sweet for me to order it again, but I added some chili oil to help balance the sweetness and still ate it. I really liked the noodles themselves and wish there was a different shrimp dish served with them. I'm a vegetarian who eats seafood on rare occasion, so that was my only seafood noodle option on the menu. They do offer a vegetable chow mein and I saw one cold noodles in sesame oil dish.
My boyfriend got the General Chow Chicken Stirred Noodle dish. He said it was amazing. He loved the sauce and the noodles. He said it did have some sweetness to it, but also spicy, so it was well-balanced.
Vegetarian options: There were a few vegetarian options. But I'm always concerned about what's in the sauces, and not sure if they contain meat broths or fats.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is disabled parking out front, and the entry is wheelchair accessible. I didn't use the restroom, so I can't speak to the accessibility, or if there's room to turn a mobility device around inside them. Dining chairs could be moved at the tables to accommodate a wheelchair or mobility scooter.

The same location used to be Tang Dynasty but now it's Noodle Dynasty. Tang Dynasty was good and reasonably priced then it shut down and in the same location Noodle Dynasty came up. Not saying Noodle Dynasty food is bad, but the price is on the higher end.
