This week has been horrible. After the assassination of Charlie Kirk, I just felt like the world was tearing itself apart. That people only want to hurt instead of talk, let alone care about anyone other than themselves. Well, I was just feeling a huge weight and I wanted a Rice Krispie treat to share with my daughter to light our spirits. I went into Noodles & Co to buy one and the manager (I'm assuming) was so kind!!! I think he could see the distress on my face and knew just what to do. He gave me the Rice Krispie treat for free. Said it was on him. I almost burst into tears. It's ridiculous and yet so amazing how one little act of kindness from one person to another can restore one's hope for humanity. It made my whole day. It made my whole week. That act of kindness will forever be etched in my memory along side one of the most horrific traumatic events of my life. It will be the little ray of light I'll hold onto when I remember the loss of such a great hero. Thank you!!! ❤️

I asked if they had the Alfredo with just the parm chicken and they said yes, and asked for that..when we got home it had bacon..and I dont eat bacon. Very disappointed in the order in had to throw away..

Ordered online and was missing half my order. The extra sauce and add one that I laid for were not on the pasta. Tried calling the manager 4 times. Always told he will call me back. Never has. Terrible way to run a business. All I want is a simple remake. I'm not asking for money. Sheeeeshhh.

Not sure what happened as this place used to be decent. Food todaywas cold and poorly prepared. They have been using disposable silverware and/or plates since the pandemic…should be done with this by now.

Service was very fast as the restaurant was nearly empty. I got the chipotle chicken pasta which is delicious. The chicken was mostly good but there was a chewy piece which was gross. Everything else was good.
