The staff here is extremely patient and kind. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The place is CLEAN, like your grandma's house clean. Everything is stocked, and there is literally no lines for waiting. Best gf Mac n cheese! Coke Freestyle soda options too.

Well I went in earlier this week and ordered dinner to go. I was given my food and left and came home and when I sat down to eat, I was extremely disappointed as I was given a completely WRONG ORDER. I should have checked it before I left but I have never had an issue before so I did not. I won’t make that mistake again. So I called them and they apologized and said I could come back or get a refund. I was exhausted after a long day of work and it took me more than 15 minutes to get home because of traffic and so I was not going to go back and they said I will get a refund. The person on the phone also did not speak English well and hung up on me pretty quickly. Very poor customer service. This was Wednesday. My credit card company is fast and would ay least indicate a refund processing by now. But I see the charge on my card has been processed but no refund or indication of it. I am trying to call them and no one is answering! I am frustrated and want my refund. This is not how customers should be treated.

This was the first time we had ever heard of this place and obviously the first time we have eaten there. We had Korean noodles with spicy Korean meatballs and crispy bacon chicken with wide flat noodles. It all was quite good.
It was a nice change from the typical routine we usually have.
I would definitely have this again!

Went in 3 hrs before they closed, I was craving my favorite pasta ordered it and payed, 5 minutes later they came out saying they didn't have the noodles that was in the pasta asked if I wanted something else I got a salad and they never offered to refund me for the pasta or at least refund me for the difference between the salad and pasta but they gave me free soda to the machine that was out of everything except diet coke. Probably won't come back. Very unsatisfied.

I love coming here normally. I decided to come here today, because I had a buy one get one free on my rewards app for Noodle and Company. I get there excited to use the coupon. The lady couldn't figure it out. So we took off the protein to see if we can get the coupon to work. No such luck. I paid for the order without the shrimp cost thinking the lady was doing that to make up for the coupon not working. No such luck. So I ended up paying separately for shrimp for the 2 orders. I didn't get my one entree free. The broccoli was barely cooked.

Noodles and Company, 4655 SW Griffith Dr, Beaverton, OR, used to be my go-to spot whenever I craved pasta, but my last two visits have been disappointing. The quality has really gone downhill, both in terms of food and service. Today, Monday, September 16, 2024, I ordered the pesto cavatappi with Parmesan chicken, a side Caesar salad, and a French baguette, as I was in a hurry to get to work. When they called my name, I grabbed my order and left.

However, when I opened the bag during my lunch break, I found that the Caesar salad and the bread were missing, even though I had paid for both. To make matters worse, the condiment station next to the drink machine, which used to have condiments and lemon slices, was also empty.

I don’t know what’s happening with this place, but if they keep this up, they’ll lose their customers fast. You can’t just take people’s money and deliver poor quality—especially when you don’t even include what was paid for.

Pretty horrible dining experience all around… we waited outside with our table number for about 20 minutes before we found out our order was sitting on the counter getting cold for the last 10 minutes! My soup didn’t have much “soup” in it, was just a bowl of noodles, and everything was cold!

I would NEVER recommend anyone eat here.

Portions were tiny and cold.

Very bad restaraunt and I feel bad my parents even spent $50 here.

The staff here is insanely kind. Like the customer service you never see anymore. I came here to dine with my two young boys, they were absolutely savage and the kindness and patience he showed me was not unnoticed. The food always hits 10/10

All I can say is this location is amazing, I come in almost every day and am greeted and recognized by the staff. They take extra time to check in with you and have actual conversations instead of just a hi and bye. The food quality is great as well, they make sure everything you order is up to perfection and if they miss something they don’t hesitate to fix it. I appreciate the workers at this location as they are hard workers and super friendly. Would recommend for quick and friendly dining.

Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and they are very accommodating to my allergy. I usually get their gluten friendly pipette and they ensure to clarify if it’s a preference or allergy so they can handle the cooking of my dish accordingly.

Terrible customer service. Placed an online order, the first order said error and didn’t go through so I placed another order. They called me and asked if I ment 2 orders and I explained the first one said it didn’t go through. The people in the store can’t offer a refund only more pasta for the same day. I don’t need double my order I need my refund. The corporate number says to send them an email…so know I have to go back and forth via email because they couldn’t simple honor my order on another day.

UPDATE: the email they give your to talk to corporate DOESNT WORK 😡
