It was new years eve, we came in to order a pizza and they were out of pan crust pizza dough. We drove a 30 mile distance to get there and it was 9 pm, due to the holiday every were else was closing, needless to say we were not able to eat dinner and celebrate the new year, I understand running out of food, however, running out of pizza dough at a pizza restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. Now I know why Old Chicago has closed down locations, poor management. We will never return.

There have nice cocktails, after 10 pm they charge $5 for all drinks.

The pizza rolls I ordered to go were burnt and had hardly any filling (cheese, pepperoni) I would have sent them back and I don’t think they would have tried to serve them in the restaurant.

If I could, I would leave a zero star. I got there with my family. At the same time, as an older gentleman who had a pick-up order. We noticed the place half empty with the bar section with 2 customers with a couple of staff standing around chit chatting at the bar.So we all thought cool fast service. After 10 min, I took the older gentleman to make contact with a staff member about his order. After 8 min of the man leaving, someone finally came and told us 5 more minutes. After 10 more minutes, the server came back and looked like she completely forgot or just didn't want to serve us. Went to make herself look busy by cleaning the same table. Kept lookin around if like she wanted someone else to come get us. 10 min later, we decided to leave. Never had experience like this in an empty restaurant. I should have looked at the reviews before coming. Save ur self time and money.

Good food and pizza has lots of flavor. Not exactly Chicago pizza like Pizzeria Unos's (flaky and crispy), it was a thick pizza like a NY Sicilian, but still good flavor. The boneless wings were very crispy, the different flavor options were good. The mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce was fresh and not too salty. Nice place and service were attentive.

This place is the last of the Old Chicagos in Oregon. The food is so good and they have a great selection of beers.

We ordered 2 pizza's online and picked them up at the scheduled time with no issue. The restaurant was clean and service good. Ordered a deep dish DOUBLE DECKERONI pizza and a pepperoni with thin crust pizza. Although thick, the deepdish crust was lighter than other pizza's we had. The thin crust was average. We kind of liked the less dense crust. The sauce was underwhelming on both and toppings were average. Our favorite pizza parlor need not worry, but Old Chicago could be a backup in the future.
