We love going to this place when it was first new but as some folks have said here it started to go downhill. The couches were dirty and I only saw the lady that looked like she may be the owner of this place only a few times in the past few years.The drinks were great and delicious but the business started to get neglected. I noticed help-wanted signs and some of the employees didn’t seem happy.The business was also located in a quiet corner away from other businesses but a Happy Lemon was across the street- its only competitor.

There’s so much potential!! The ice creams and drinks are delicious and unique. Specifically their milk ice cream with brown sugar boba! You can’t find those items anywhere else. However, the decoration and sitting area are heavily neglected, cleaning wise. It just saddens be that not much attention in being put in maintaining this spot in a good condition.

Love the ice cream and boba ! Just wish they had accurate hours up on Google or atleast on Instagram. The decor inside is cute but the seats and couches are all really dirty. I want to give 5 stars but this is the 4th time I've come and it's been closed ! (Google said it's open) the employees are also always rude, I understand that they are teenagers, but I always get attitude, eye rolling, or someone is on their phone right in front of me....

The dessert is delish but way too sweet for little kids. My kid has a sweet tooth but complain it’s too sweet at the end. The bathroom soap needs to be replaced. It’s so diluted that it’s only water. In addition, the bathroom needs to be cleaned. It looks like the trash were overflowed from yesterday. Otherwise it’s a cute place.

Overpriced, out of kid cones. 12$ for an ice cream is a bit much. The staff were dismissive and not friendly. Will be looking for a different place to have ice cream. Not really my vibe anyways.

Adorable. Very much meant to be "instagrammable" all done up in pink and gold, all the drinks and ice cream are very good to look at, and I've never seen anyone but cute girls at the counter. That being said, everything on the menu that I've tried has been good. Like, the ice cream is impressive, the waffles are fun, the drinks are delicious. Do wish they had more ice cream flavors on hand though, 4 isn't a ton of options. The spoons they give you are temperature color change, too.

The Dalgona Brown Sugar Coffee Drink is out of this world. We got a mini cotton candy for both our girls and be warned that they are enormous. Love this place.
