There’s so much potential!! The ice creams and drinks are delicious and unique. Specifically their milk ice cream with brown sugar boba! You can’t find those items anywhere else. However, the decoration and sitting area are heavily neglected, cleaning wise. It just saddens be that not much attention in being put in maintaining this spot in a good condition.

Love the ice cream and boba ! Just wish they had accurate hours up on Google or atleast on Instagram. The decor inside is cute but the seats and couches are all really dirty. I want to give 5 stars but this is the 4th time I've come and it's been closed ! (Google said it's open) the employees are also always rude, I understand that they are teenagers, but I always get attitude, eye rolling, or someone is on their phone right in front of me....

The dessert is delish but way too sweet for little kids. My kid has a sweet tooth but complain it’s too sweet at the end. The bathroom soap needs to be replaced. It’s so diluted that it’s only water. In addition, the bathroom needs to be cleaned. It looks like the trash were overflowed from yesterday. Otherwise it’s a cute place.

Overpriced, out of kid cones. 12$ for an ice cream is a bit much. The staff were dismissive and not friendly. Will be looking for a different place to have ice cream. Not really my vibe anyways.

Adorable. Very much meant to be "instagrammable" all done up in pink and gold, all the drinks and ice cream are very good to look at, and I've never seen anyone but cute girls at the counter. That being said, everything on the menu that I've tried has been good. Like, the ice cream is impressive, the waffles are fun, the drinks are delicious. Do wish they had more ice cream flavors on hand though, 4 isn't a ton of options. The spoons they give you are temperature color change, too.

The Dalgona Brown Sugar Coffee Drink is out of this world. We got a mini cotton candy for both our girls and be warned that they are enormous. Love this place.

Pro-tip: They don't really honor the free topping through the Yelp check in. They just say you already get a free topping, so they don't offer two free toppings. Highlights: I've been to some soft, serve places where the inside of the swirl is completely empty, but I was surprised to see this one is completely full. When it's handed to you, you can feel how heavy it is. One serving is definitely enough for two people which makes the higher price seem justified. Lowlights: I think the quality could be improved. The matcha flavor is pretty light and the peach mango tastes nothing like peach or mango, and instead tastes like lychee syrup from the canned lychee jellies.

New place for ice cream and boba tea. I like the atmosphere and the color changing spoons. I like the little touches they have added. They also have cotton candy, which would be a really fun activities.

THIS PLACE IS MY NEW OBSESSION!!! I've tried around 7 different items including the ice cream, egg waffle, and boba. All of them were amazing, especially the peach mango ice cream and egg waffle. The only item that wasn't impressive was the granny Thai blended drink, but the rest were great! I often go here to study because the decoration is so cute and comfy, and the staff are so kind and THE SERVICE IS FAST! Sometimes slow service is the biggest turn off but this place is cool. There are so many details to this place that make it better than the other boba places I go to, the free wifi is fast, the place is clean and spacious with many seatings, and they're open later than most. Love love love this place, and I highly recommend boba lovers to try this place out.

VERY disappointing. I am not one to normally leave bad reviews but this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had.My husband and I went in on our anniversary to have a unique ice cream experience as this place truly is unique.The girls that were working there were very nice. We ordered and went to sit down, and the chairs were filthy. Not just the ones we went to sit in but every single chair. The hallway had furniture and signs pilled up. My husband's ice cream was sitting in a stand that had chipping paint and rust on it. I looked down because something caught my eye. A cockroach. The staff asked where it was and went to show them under a bench and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days. The poor girls that were working there didn't know what to do at first. We weren't even offered a refund. Makes me sad more than anything. We will not go back.

This is now our favorite icecream place in all of the Portland area. First, their icecream is always so delicious! The taste is always on point! Their variety of icecream cones are amazing. And their customer service just blew me away yesterday! I accidentally dropped my icecream, and without hesitation I was given a new one. I am so very grateful!
