“It’s a busy location so there might be a wait, staff was efficient and as fast as possible. Also people in line need to read the room… if there’s a line of 15 people to order and 10 food delivery people picking up don’t wait until your about to pay to ask about using a free side on your app and try to hand your phone to everyone cause you don’t understand the app. Literally backed up the line for extra small side of fried rice… some 20 year old kid wearing sunglasses inside…. Feel bad for food service employees sometimes they deserve better than that. Again mad props to the employees they held it down for being absolutely slammed with customers!“
“This is my go-to Panda Express as it's the closest one to me, but even though I've been coming here for close to 15-20 years, the one thing that hasn't changed is the poor customer service and the long wait time. Literally it's always so busy here and it seems as if they're always understaffed and even though I place a mobile order and my food should be ready occasionally it's not. And occasionally they're just so busy and understaffed that I have to wait to get a hold of someone to be able to pick up my food that's already ready to go. Truly, this would be a five-star Panda if they would just have more staff on hand all the time“
