“They seemed to be very understaffed, the line was out the door and only 2 people working the counter, they were working hard for sure, but needed more help as they were struggling to keep up, one minor complaint is my sauce was kinda tossed into the bag and thus one of them popped open and made a HUGE mess in the bag.“
“It’s a busy location so there might be a wait, staff was efficient and as fast as possible. Also people in line need to read the room… if there’s a line of 15 people to order and 10 food delivery people picking up don’t wait until your about to pay to ask about using a free side on your app and try to hand your phone to everyone cause you don’t understand the app. Literally backed up the line for extra small side of fried rice… some 20 year old kid wearing sunglasses inside…. Feel bad for food service employees sometimes they deserve better than that. Again mad props to the employees they held it down for being absolutely slammed with customers!“
