We’ve noticed that many Chinese restaurants with “Panda” in the name tend to have similar, strong flavor profiles. So this time, we each ordered a Panda Bowl with just one type of protein. We chose: Hot Orange Chicken with half Chow Mein ($9.10) Black Pepper Beef Steak with half White Rice ($9.10) We also got a small fountain drink ($2.20) and a 24oz Watermelon Mango Refresher ($3.30). The bold flavors went well with plain white rice, but the beef steak only came with about seven small pieces of meat, which felt a bit skimpy. Also, the rice was unfortunately quite dry, which was disappointing.😓

We ordered takeout and got our main meals and all our sauces plus our extras. The main reason for this 1 star review is simply the fact that our -Utensils, and -Fortune cookies were completely missing!!! We COULDNT eat because of our location. We depended on the Utensils. Panda Express is my favorite but AC at this location forgot tools as important as the food. This makes me consider and put on hold this location until further notice. I’m mildly annoyed.

Friendly staff, but disappointed I couldn't use my reusable container.I went to Panda Express today with my clean glass container, hoping to order food without creating unnecessary waste. Unfortunately, they didn’t allow me to use it, so I chose not to make a purchase. I want to emphasize that the staff were very kind and respectful — the issue wasn’t their attitude, but rather the store’s or company’s policy. It feels inconsistent for a brand that promotes sustainability to block such a simple action as bringing your own container. I hope Panda Express reconsiders and starts supporting customers who want to reduce waste and consume more responsibly.

Third order in a row that was incorrect & had missing items. How hard is it? When I made them aware of the constant issues, the girl told me to “keep trying” because they were “bound to get it right eventually”. Piss poor customer service. They didn’t even offer a refund or credit.

This is my go-to Panda Express as it's the closest one to me, but even though I've been coming here for close to 15-20 years, the one thing that hasn't changed is the poor customer service and the long wait time. Literally it's always so busy here and it seems as if they're always understaffed and even though I place a mobile order and my food should be ready occasionally it's not. And occasionally they're just so busy and understaffed that I have to wait to get a hold of someone to be able to pick up my food that's already ready to go. Truly, this would be a five-star Panda if they would just have more staff on hand all the time

Fast, fresh, and low-priced food. Even if there is a long line. The time until I get served my food is at maximum 9 minutes. The tables are typically clean. The floor is not sticky. The staff is friendly but you will need to watch your order being put together. Pierodicly, the staff makes mistakes. If you need fast food that is inexpensive and reasonably priced that's easy to get the kids through the line. This is the place to go.

I picked up my mobile order around 7 pm and waited an extra 15 minutes without any explanation. Now it’s midnight and I haven’t stopped vomiting. It’s all rice and chow mein with broccoli so yeah. Food poisoning? Maybe but I am in pain and wasted 11 bucks
