They don’t offer Coke Zero! Which I don’t get because Coke zero is way more popular than Diet Coke. Besides that the service was top-tier they’re very tentative, and the food quality was excellent.

Took a long time for the kitchen staff to cook the super greens. I was told it would take 3 minutes ended up taking 15-20 minutes. The rest of the food in the container became horrible to eat. Had to toss the food out because it became inedible to eat. Please be accurate with the cook times for the requested food.

The Food is good but be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes to get it if you're in the store. I've ordered online, I've come in person and every time I end up waiting well over 20 minutes, even when you place the order ahead of time.
And on top of all of that I didn't even get all of the food I ordered. This place is completely unprofessional.

This place has gone downhill. I ordered the steak entree for a $1.50 more and this is all I got. 3 maybe half bites of beef.

They piled the chow meaning on but it wasn’t near as good as it has been in the past. Hardly any vegetables.

We have been going to this location for several years now but feel like we won’t be back as we have seen it go down hill over our last few visits.
