Terrible costomer services. This ladies are taking about boyfriends, dancing and don't listen to costomer. They got mad when you asked for help. I'm taking about the latinas ladies. The manager have to talk to this ladies. This is not the place to be taking about your boyfriends have some respect!

Ask for your drinks without ice! The ice in our previous drinks had black mold in it. The person preparing the fountain drinks told us they are not allowed to dispense the drinks without ice in them! She refused to make our drinks without ice, and then asked the person behind us if they would like extra ice as she laughed. There is no reason to yell at, shame, laugh at, or try to embarrass someone who asks for small requests such as no ice in their drinks.

It’s a busy location so there might be a wait, staff was efficient and as fast as possible. Also people in line need to read the room… if there’s a line of 15 people to order and 10 food delivery people picking up don’t wait until your about to pay to ask about using a free side on your app and try to hand your phone to everyone cause you don’t understand the app. Literally backed up the line for extra small side of fried rice… some 20 year old kid wearing sunglasses inside…. Feel bad for food service employees sometimes they deserve better than that. Again mad props to the employees they held it down for being absolutely slammed with customers!

If you ever worked in a restaurant you've probably had a coworker who does the absolute bare minimum and clearly does not care about their job. That was every single employee that I encountered just now at this location. None of them care. The lobby is a mess and 4 employees ignored me, waiting for a 5th person to come man their post.
Some people need to get fired. I am tired of waiting 15 minutes every time I visit this LOCATION! They do not prepare for the rush hour. And the customer service is horrible.
