“Chow mein” and double orange chicken there was one worker girl who was really nice the others stand around gossiping in Spanish and just stare at you.

My husband and I ordered lunch for the 4 of us today. We eat here often due to busy life and work schedules. We usually know what to expect from flavor, portion sizes, sides, entrees, etc.
Today however the service, portions, flavors and food were sub par at best. The orange chicken tasted different and the texture was soggy. The portions were scarce and the service was unsatisfactory with limited to no communication and awkward answers to simple questions.
Very disappointing especially since we love Panda Express.

Terrible customer service, we weren't greeted when we arrived, not a deal breaker, just impersonal. I'm guessing there were online orders because my daughter ordered her food, and then I waited while the person filled other orders with no communication or anything, then my daughter was waiting for me to pay. When we were finally wrung up, they charged her for a double order of orange chicken, she didn't order double. The worker walked the plate back to the prepared food and dumped a bunch back in. They were very rude and acted super inconvenienced. We were there for a school fundraiser, but will not be back to this location in the future.

Me and my family dined here after a long day, we aren’t from Oregon so it was just a quick stop through. But when we first stepped in we were greeted like the usual, everything was okay. Until they got our orders wrong and dropped my wantons, which I had to pick up instead of them. It did get busy and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but then I saw them huddled up in a group and pointing at our family as it got less busy. I could see them giving us dirty looks and laughing. All I wanted to say out of my review is that if you want people to come to your restaurant, don’t give service that you wouldn’t want your family to have.

Garbage experience, won’t be back. Rude employee (she looks like she feels in charge but isn’t, based on the way she treats the staff and poor communication with customers), old food, incorrect order. Extremely long wait because they prioritize online orders and will interrupt your small order to make eight large plates.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. I had an experience of bacterial infection. They do not have a health system.
