When you order a bowl of soup you should be getting more than when you order a cup… (to go)

Cashier was nice tonight. Placed my order, picked it up and went home. Found both cookies I ordered - candy and valentine - not there! What the hell? So I got charged extra for what, air? For how expensive the cookies are, that is bs!

When we came into order we asked what the bowl would be compared to the cup, they are not true to their cup sizes. We ordered a bacon macaroni in a cup, it was way smaller than the cashier showed us, as well as zero bacon. I paid a dollar more to be scammed.

Three bites of Mac and cheese for $7.49 are you kidding. $16 for half a sandwich and 3 bites of Mac and cheese. What a total rip off.

Beware, you might get sick, you might not. They had a good deal in December, buy one get one for $5 sandwiches and salads. I took advantage of the deal and ordered from here 5 times in December. I got horribly ill 2 out of five times I ordered here, first with a warm sandwich, the second time with a salad. I will never eat here again.

I'm super disappointed. Unlike other Panera Bread restaurants, this one specifically did not offer a veteran special on Veterans Day. It clearly shows the owner's mindset. I cannot support an establishment whose owner does not honor military veterans.

This place has always been a nice quiet place to enjoy coffee, bagel or whatever but I feel the operational part of this place has deteriorated. It seems that 4 out of 5 times I've been here the coffee urns are empty, so no problem, just temporatily switch to a different one. Today I walked up to the counter and there was no one there and all the urn were empty. Will Paneras soon go the wsy of Sheri's?

Went there for the first time yesterday. I ordered the 1/2 cheesesteak ciabatta and french onion soup (two for one price) . My friend got the 1/2 Italian sandwich and broccoli and cheese soup. My food was ready quickly. The cheesesteak sandwich was cold and dry. The French onion soup took up only half the bowl, there was 2-3 teeny little 1/4 inch pieces of cheese in it and it was luke warm. It took about 10 to 15 minutes longer for my friends order to come up, even though we ordered right after each other. Her sandwich was twice the size of mine even though we got the same type of order. Archie's and broccoli soup was to the top of her bowl . We took her sandwich to the service window (it wasn't cut all the way through). Then we had to wait even longer because of cross-contamination? They said they had to make a new sandwich for her. All we wanted was them to cut it in half with a knife.
Her soup was twice the size of mine.
Her sandwich was twice the size of mine! What the heck!! I don't get it. Never again!!

Restaurantji Recommends
If you want a yummy soup and sandwich, this is the place. Their seasonal squash soup is my favorite, and my friend is a tomato soup conasoir, and he practically licked his bowl. I wouldn't recommend their coffee. I had them make mine twice over and still left it for the crying babies in the back of the restaurant.
Vegetarian options: Any vegetarian can order a sandwich with "no meat". There's soup and pastry galore to fill up with.

The food is amazing but it always feels like the workers are miserable. Seems like the store is managed poorly. Orders are often late and they rarely have things like lids, utensils, etc stalked for customers to grab. I've only seen one person who doesn't look like they are overworked and underpaid and I feel she's just good at playing the part. Not worth spending money at a place where the employees are suffering. Especially with so many other, even cheaper, options to choose from close by.

I will never go back to this place! I ordered almost $400 worth of food and this is what I got!
I was missing 1 yogurt parfait and 3 sandwiches, 2 of which were steak sandwiches. They refunded me $22. The packaging of the food was done hurriedly - it doesn't look neat at all.
If you're ordering for company meeting, you will be embarrassed by the presentation of the food!!!!

The portion sizes are so small I ordered a Cesar salad and the bowl wasn’t even filled up halfway. The sandwiches on the displays are filled with more ingredients than what they serve. My Philly cheese steak didn’t even cover all of the bread. The last two bites were only bread.
