Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I order Papa Murphy’s every Friday. I tend to change my pick up location based on the errands I need to run that day. I always order ahead of time. I placed my order just after 12pm and set the pick up time for 3pm. As I was running behind in schedule, I ended up arriving just after 4pm. I assumed it would be waiting for me like it always is. But they didn’t even have it made yet. They were scrambling to complete it as I stood there with all the other walk-in customers. What is the point of online orders if the pizza is still going to be made when you get there? This location is the most staffed yet slowest, poorest experience I’ve had. Workers were flustered but were still kind which I can appreciate. We love papa Murphy’s so I plan on ordering again just not from this location. The pizza was good but all of our pizzas bubbled more than usual.

I love this Papa Murphy's at Beaverton Towne Square. The crew is great and so is the pizza.

Ordered some pizza and cookie dough for delivery. They didn't deliver the cookie dough so I called to ask about it. They said they forgot to give it to the delivery driver and then said they couldn't refund and I could only drive in to get it. First time ordering from them but it will be the last.
Edit to say they also forgot the sausage on our cowboy pizza.

Ordered a veggie calzone and picked only veggie toppings. I take one bite and there chicken on it. I called the store and they only excuse I get is they read the wrong ticket. How can u get 4/4 toppings correct and add meat to a veggie calzone , very suspicious place.

Above n beyond kind of making of pizza they care how to make a pizza. And want you satisfied ?. 2 ? up

Vegetarian options: Take your pick what veggies you want. What you choose u get And then some. Was an amazing medium we had stretched to fit a large shop the crust isn't so thick.

Classic take and bake pizza. Papa Murphy's is pretty good pizza. It's a good idea to order ahead on the app to save time and avoid waiting.
