These folks are typically good but if they’re within 15-20 minutes of closing. Don’t bother. I guess I don’t understand what the closing time is for ..change it to 8:40…otherwise talk to the idiots behind the counter

Tonight was not your best night 40+ minutes for a RAW pizza, ridiculous. 4 people are on staff and close to 15 people waiting for their pizzas. Please staff more, this is not the employees on shifts fault. But ITS RAW?

01 December 2023Papa Murphy’s is a Pacific NW favorite: good food, fresh & quality ingredients. Plus the variety of possible combinations and re-combinations seems endless. They’re happy to mix and match for any pizza. The calzones are delicious. Staff is helpful.
Very slow service. I only ordered one thing, and it took over an hour to get my pizza. An hour. Why does it 60 minutes to hand me an uncooked pizza? That's insane for something I still have to go home and cook myself. They also got the toppings wrong?? This has happened twice now, I'm not going back to see if the trend continues. Would be half the effort and time to just order from pizza hut or Domino's for the same price. And it comes cooked.

Halloween - you were slammed - people out the door - tempers flared - customers freaking out - 2 hour backlog on pizzas (3:30p online orders presented at 5:30p in the rack). It was a tough situation all around. People were, ungraceful. BUT! In the long run, you refunded customers (me) like you said you would, and I’ll be back. You regained and retained a customer. Good job management and team. Keep doing the right thing. See you soon!Sean B.

Arrived 5 minutes after pickup time on a Wednesday evening, was told it would be a 10 minute wait. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting for my one pizza. Insanely understaffed for the order flow, do not order here unless you intend to waste your entire
We deliver all over their website but Papa Murphy's in Aloha, OR does not offer delivery. I quit buying from them. Their employees are hard to understand and could not care less and they close way too early.

I'm so upset with the customer service tonight. So disheartening, it literally doesn't cost anything to be nice, both the tall boy and young girl were just plain rude. Also they were very skimpy with the amount of toppings, even paid for additional toppings. I've never had such a poor experience. And to top it off the store was empty. I'll never come back and will continue to go out of my way to Hillsboro and Aloha locations.

I have rarely had a bad pizza but this is two in a row. Sauce spread as thinly as you can. A pizza with Canadian bacon and extra cheese. Cheese thin enough you could see the sauce through it all over. Not sure if they have changed the amounts of cheese they put on but it's not enough. A for 22 dollars for a leg thin crust it was a complete disappointment.
