The service and food were good but I feel bad for the kids working there because it seemed like they weren't being treated well by their higher ups. Part of the food line was also broken and I found it pretty gross. Note to the owners, treat your employees better.

Papa Murphys pizza is the best pizza I ever tasted. Made fresh in front of you and the service is fast. I highly recommend papa Murphy pizza to everyone. This is for all the pizza lovers. Just bake at home. Easy and fresh

Ordered 3 calzones. Since I last ordered them they’ve shrink in size and fillings. Not worth $6 a piece. Won’t order these again.

Really bad service here. The teenage employees clearly don't care at all. My web order was not ready when promised and I watched several walk-in customers get their food before me even though I ordered ahead. I also overheard them talking trash on the customer who only orders a calzone. If you came here on Thursday, 4/10 and only ordered a calzone, they were talking smack about you after you left. I never realized that simply picking up a pizza could be such a horrible experience. I can only imagine what they do to our food when we're not looking.

Everyone has an off day so I wanted to give them a chance but… Whoever runs this branch really chose poorly on who they left to run the store tonight. No greeting, half a dozen upset looking people waiting on the wall, no rack of premade pizzas for all the people that pre ordered, (including myself). I was told my order would be started after I walked in even though I had placed my order an hour and a half before coming in. When they finished, they called my name walked off only gaving me half my food and when I asked about the other half they said yeah you can get your salad no description on where to go which one it was if there was one already made for me if I just grabbed my own, which I did no big deal right. No dressing. No small cheese pizza like I ordered. Very disappointing service, zero customer service skills. I know the youth of America need a little help with training on customer service (which seems to be a lost art), but this was truly bad. After heading home I noticed that the one pizza which was a new promotion was not made right at all. I had ordered the new garlic stuffed crust and it was made as a garlic sauce non-stuffed crust pizza. I did not notice this until it was too late, the butter they put on in place of red sauce leaked everywhere and made a huge mess, we are lucky that my daughter was not the one removing it from the oven or hot butter would have gotten all over her. I am sure they are not always this bad and they may deserve a second chance but I will probably not use this location again.

Two employees working during a BOGO deal, clearly swamped and being harrassed by customers who were upset their order was slow. They were turning people away for Family Size because they were out of dough by 5:30.

Whoever is the owner or manager: hire more people. Your employees shouldnt have to bear the consequences of your inability to hire and schedule staff to cover your needs.

If you are going to manage your location this poorly, at least have the decency to face customer feedback yourself. Get in there, make pizzas yourself, and be the face apologizing for the poor management, rather than asking your underpaid, understaffed, junior employees to do that.

Ive worked at a seperate location and know the barriers to predicting staffing or food needs for any given day, but this was clearly just mismanagement.

The phone here just doesn't work apparently, called and called on repeat until I got to the store (about 10 minutes later). Kids inside are friendly enough. Pizza is always solid if not good for
