Everyone has an off day so I wanted to give them a chance but… Whoever runs this branch really chose poorly on who they left to run the store tonight. No greeting, half a dozen upset looking people waiting on the wall, no rack of premade pizzas for all the people that pre ordered, (including myself). I was told my order would be started after I walked in even though I had placed my order an hour and a half before coming in. When they finished, they called my name walked off only gaving me half my food and when I asked about the other half they said yeah you can get your salad no description on where to go which one it was if there was one already made for me if I just grabbed my own, which I did no big deal right. No dressing. No small cheese pizza like I ordered. Very disappointing service, zero customer service skills. I know the youth of America need a little help with training on customer service (which seems to be a lost art), but this was truly bad. After heading home I noticed that the one pizza which was a new promotion was not made right at all. I had ordered the new garlic stuffed crust and it was made as a garlic sauce non-stuffed crust pizza. I did not notice this until it was too late, the butter they put on in place of red sauce leaked everywhere and made a huge mess, we are lucky that my daughter was not the one removing it from the oven or hot butter would have gotten all over her. I am sure they are not always this bad and they may deserve a second chance but I will probably not use this location again.

Two employees working during a BOGO deal, clearly swamped and being harrassed by customers who were upset their order was slow. They were turning people away for Family Size because they were out of dough by 5:30.
Whoever is the owner or manager: hire more people. Your employees shouldnt have to bear the consequences of your inability to hire and schedule staff to cover your needs.
If you are going to manage your location this poorly, at least have the decency to face customer feedback yourself. Get in there, make pizzas yourself, and be the face apologizing for the poor management, rather than asking your underpaid, understaffed, junior employees to do that.
Ive worked at a seperate location and know the barriers to predicting staffing or food needs for any given day, but this was clearly just mismanagement.

The phone here just doesn't work apparently, called and called on repeat until I got to the store (about 10 minutes later). Kids inside are friendly enough. Pizza is always solid if not good for

Ordered a large pizza online, was told pizza would be ready by 6:11, when I arrived at 6:20 they hadn’t even started making the pizza. I stood there for another 25 mins waiting for them to start making it. They didn’t seem to care. Other people were in there waiting as well just staring at them. Only 3 people working. Pizza finally ready 30 mins after they said it would be ready. The girl kept telling everyone 10-15 mins, they don’t care how long you have to wait. Very poor service. I won’t be going back ever.

Got my calzones that were 3x the size as the ones I got a week later and this is bare bones they said it's $2.50 extra to get extra toppings and this is absurd I've never had a bad experience until these 3 came into the mix.

We did an online order for the simplest thing which was a breadstick. We paid went to pick it up and come out to find out that they are sold out. They offered to give us monkey bread not the same. It was edible but still not what we wanted. This is my first and last time giving these people my business. They need to let us know that we are sold out ONLINE!

I love Papa Murphys pizza but this location is atrocious, half the time, they don’t answer the phone for call in orders. Recently I went in person to order a pizza and reported to the workers that it was annoying how I called multiple times and got no answer, and the young workers didn’t seem to care at all and just state “yeah our phone doesn’t work sorry”….. And then when you do order a pizza and have to sit/stand there waiting for 20 minutes, it’s a bad atmosphere. No music, everyone working seems miserable, just terribly awkward and agonizing silence with one little bench to be shared by everyone waiting. Why not at least try to make it a fun work place and welcoming environment for customers???
ALSO - editing with further information: I ordered a veggie garden salad and upon bringing it home, it is kissing two of the key vegetable ingredients listed and instead came with random meat on it???? Picture attached.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian salad had meat on it??????
