Oh boy, I hate to give a 2 star to my most favorite bakery, but I have to do this to get the management involved in addressing the issues. I found out about paris baguette in Minnesota for the first time and what an amazing place that is. Visiting Portland, of course I had to go to Paris baguette and I did. I was there 3 times in 3 days. Espresso machine was down and not fixed. It's a crime enjoying pastries without a good cappuccino. At one occasion the pastry I had was a possible day old one, and I hope I'm making a mistake but I know that particular one because it's my favorite and a I have tried it more than 20 times, literally. There are 2 bathrooms and one had been out if service. They ran out of plastic forks, I mean totally, without any in stock. The staff is great and they get my 5 star. I hope this review helps for this amazing bakery to get even better. I will keep coming coming back. Thank you for tasty baked goods.

Do NOT trust this place. I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday three days ago. Went to pick it up, one hour before the party, they are telling me that they forgot to place my order. No sign of regret at all. After pushing for my order, they told they will get a fresh cake ready in 30 minutes but they gave me a what tastes like 4-5 days old cake. Waste of money. Absolute disrespect to customers.

Introduced to them in San Mateo California so I was excited to hear they opened up a store in Beaverton. It’s a bit smaller version with probably 1/3 less items but still the desserts are really good. We always have to buy the little chocolate cake bears.

Excellent baked goods and prepared foods. Coffee could do with improving but it isn't bad. Service is usually just average with occasionally good. the croissant doughnuts are next level, haven't found anything like them in Portland.
We had ordered a cake for a little girl's birthday but when we got to the store, the cake was nowhere to be found. Russell took over and searched the entire store. Apparently, the order was not placed in the bakers work station so it was never made. We were so upset because the birthday party was that day and the bday girl wanted a certain type of cake. Luckily they had something comparable but I was really impressed by Russell because he kept calm the entire time and really took care of us. I appreciate the excellent customer service and that he helped us to find a resolution, especially since it was so stressful. Thank you Russell for helping to make a horrible situation into a happy one!
