Had the caprese salad. I prefer just tomato, mozzarella, olive oil and basil. Adding basalmic vinegar and sundried tomatoes seem like an attempt to mask not so fresh other ingredients.

Great service and even better food! Pastini has quickly become our go-to spot for dinner whenever cooking feels like a chore. The menu offers plenty of vegetarian options, and while a few more additions to the seafood section would be welcome, everything we’ve tried so far has been consistently delicious. We’ve sampled most of the menu and have never been disappointed. Always a satisfying experience!

I can't speak for dinner here, but I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a better lunch special than this anywhere on US soil. It's a perfect midday meal. Not sure why I don't do it more often.
