They are amazing. Emailing with them was super easy, they gave me options to fit my budget, and the cookies turned out better than I had hoped for! They went above and beyond. She created a beautiful and super yummy vanilla cake with berries and almond flavored buttercream, topped with the most gorgeous presentation of fresh flowers :) the family loved it and I was super grateful for her communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend if you are looking for a delicious cake with great presentation from someone with excellent communication and service heart.

Petal Bakery had the perfect sugar cookies for me to send to my family back home! The Quarantine Cookie set gave them such a chuckle because who doesn't need an edible cookie in the shape of a roll of toilet paper or face mask in these tough times?? Kristen was more than happy to allow me to respect the social distancing rule by shipping the cookies directly to my sister's house. They arrived super fast and she had carefully wrapped each cookie individually so none were broken upon arrival! Not only is the customer service superb, Petal Bakery just goes above and beyond in every step of the process. The order is truly tailored to you. HIGHLY recommend!

Been wanting to post this but I keep forgetting...anyways, my wife got me these awesome Corgi shortbread cookies from Petal bakery for my birthday. It was perfect! I'm really not a fan of things being too sweet but the baker was able to accommodate that and make it tasted just right. Not to mention the Corgi design was absolutely adorable (my favorite dog). So 10 out of 10! Definitely recommended :)

Kristen was more than willing to give it a try. Well the cake was a huge hit and so delicious. Moist and chocolate with raspberry preserves inside, but not too much.
