Enjoyed the experience over all. Hard to beat a free dozen doughnuts on your birthday but it was a bit busy and loud for my taste so we got our stuff and left. Will be back.

Amazing hot and fresh donuts! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The carmel apple cider pairs very nicely as well. This is now my new favorite donut place.

Cute little spot! The wait was a bit long at 30+ minutes, but that was our fault for coming at peak hours on a Saturday(: service was great. The flavors were all a bit too salty for my personal taste, but my husband enjoyed them all and we both LOVED the fall seasonal peach flavor! Definitely great for people who enjoy trying unique flavors of donuts and chai!

Amazing!! Pips has been on my bucket list since I moved to the Beaverton area. Birthday dozen was an absolute treat. Seasonal, Reggie and Maple Bacon. I’ve never tried a maple bacon donut in any way, and let me tell you I am a fan! It was delicious! Reggie was such a great flavor also. Got the iced heart of gold chai, great flavor without too much spice. Will definitely be back!

Top notch small business. I bring everyone of all ages here and they all love them. Also love the convenience of them having a location in the west and east side.

Donuts were very tasty and are made on the spot. Seasonal peach was bright and flavorful.

The sticky rice iced drink was plain terrible. Reminded me of watered down old coffee with sweet/low and reg milk.

Why do you take orders so slow? It is a theme in the reviews and something i experienced even on a slow afternoon. The menu is not large enough to justify taking so long with each customer.

Meh. Expensive for tiny little cake donuts? There are many other better donut places around. This is a typical Portland-ified place, pay more for less, for the sake of vibes.

Yummy mini bite sized donuts with unique flavors like blueberry rose and warm honey. You can order them individually with 4 being the minimum. The Heart of Gold chai was perfect! You order at the counter and then grab a seat.
