HORRIBLE. worst excuse for a pizza i have ever encountered. we ordered a supreme (small to begin with for price)
SPARSE to say the least 2-4 pieces of pepperoni per slice 1-2 mushroom and green pepper/onion. It was just a pathetic
excuse for any pizza. save your money this is a 100% waste.
ZERO stars horrible excuse for a pizza never again.

Ordered food online and it never came crazy
Terrible. I ordered today, I put in a special instruction of NO CUT. I also called in to make sure that they use new gloves and DONT cut the pizza. They still cut the pizza, It is so frustrating because why do you put in a special instructions tab and still pick up my call and AGREE when I say don't cut, if you aren't going to listen. This is a food industry, people have allergies, this is horrible lol.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. From mismanagement to the lack of communication when items aren’t available. I wish you luck attempting to get a refund even if you didn’t receive your order. Don’t even get me started on how long it takes to even receive your order. (2hr+)

I didn't know I was going to get a training session from corporate today! This area manager was so loud it was difficult to hear the employee taking my order. The manager also scolded workers and told them how often bank transfers were and when and how many were missing, how computer transactions worked, and where people needed improvement. I didn't get the memo that there was going to be this much information spewed so loudly while waiting for my order today. Her coughing every minute also had me worried about sanitization in the food area. I did not want to be overwhelmed with all of her loud and possible security-breaching information today. She needs to not have these meetings at 1 pm lunch rush and in a private room if she can't tone it down. Wow! The calzone made by the employee was delicious and worth the wait. The atmosphere was unprofessional and jarring, to say the least.

Worst experience I've had with Pizza Hut by far and I've had plenty of negative experiences in the past. Not only was our order late but it wasn't even started until after the completion time had passed! We waited nearly 30 mins passed the completion, we're ignored multiple times when trying to ask for updates, the manager literally walked away from my husband when he asked why it was taking so long, and we didn't even get our full order! The only time we got ANY help was when we asked for a card or contact info for the district manager. That's when the manager shoved what they had of our order into my husband's hands and told him we'd get a refund which I doubt because she didn't even process one. She just walked away again. I understand you're short staffed but there were even backed up orders! Three were already done when we got there, ours was next, and one other was behind it. It was 30 mins for them to not even complete two orders. The poor guy behind us couldn't even get an answer from her either about his order. If this is how Pizza Hut managers act, I'm happy to move to Domino's. At least they communicate when shit is backed up AND give free pizza coupons or discounts for the inconvenience, without even having to ask about it. Never coming back here again that's for sure.

Pizza Hut is pretty grubbing they're not as good as they used to be 20 years ago but they're still pretty good. The prices for pizzas is pretty good. They got spaghetti and chicken wings and all kinds of other stuff. Little prices are questionable. I'll be back just like Arnold Schwarzenegger. I'll be back.

Received a text, email and app notification that my order was dropped off at 9:48pm. When I opened my door, my order was not there. I then walked around my apartments for 10 minutes looking to see if it was mis-delivered, but couldn’t find my pizza anywhere. I called the store at 10pm and no one answered. I kept calling for another 5 minutes and still no answer. My husband and I got in our car and drove to the store while calling them the entire 15 minute car ride. We pulled up at 10:20pm (the store is open til midnight) and the store was locked, had all the lights off and 2 employees standing at the counter. After knocking on the door and explaining the situation, the employee had us wait outside, locked the door again and then called the driver. After waiting for a couple minutes we were then told that the driver “literally just dropped off your order 2 minutes ago”. I asked how that was possible when I got multiple notifications that my order was dropped off 35 minutes ago. He then tried to tell us that the gps glitches and sends out delivery notifications before they happen. We then drove home and surprise surprise there’s our pizza at our door. When we opened the box, the pizza was literally ice cold. It wasn’t a fresh pizza, not even lukewarm temperature. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

Double pepperoni Tavern pizza was the worse piece if cardboard ever tried to eat, cashier made husband wait several minutes while 'training' behind register, pizza was cold before returning to my car!

While the customer service at this establishment was decent, the quality of their pizza leaves much to be desired. It's unclear whether they're using cheap ingredients or if the employees are not putting sufficient effort into making each pizza.
The flavor of each slice primarily resembles sauce that has been left out for days. The cheese fails to adhere well to the pizza, resulting in a barely perceptible taste.
Lastly, the bread, which was once the highlight of Pizza Hut slices for me, is no longer as fluffy, soft, and tasty as it used to be. Even when ordering the pan type, the bread seems disappointingly lacking.
My intention is to provide constructive feedback, with hopes that the establishment takes note and implements changes to restore the quality of Pizza Hut that I once enjoyed
