Was quoted 15 minutes and arrived at 20. The girl told me it would just be another minute and so I waited another 20 minutes. Then some guy in a unlabeled disheveled shirt came out to ask people names and told me that mine was going to be a while. I told him that the girl said it would only be a minute and he said I'm going to tell you yours is going to be a while. A while later the girl hands me my pizza, and the counter says that it's free if they don't show it to you, which they didn't. And I wish they had because it was sloshed all around the box. Where I was waiting sitting down there were flies, the lobby was full of doordash drivers. I used to really love this location, they were fast and good. I don't know if management has changed or what but this was really disappointing.

Ordered pizza went for pickup and sat in the store for an hour after the time it was supposed to be ready. (Along with about ten other customers) I tried to get a refund and was refused by everyone in the store. I waited another 20 minutes and finally had to threaten to call the police to get someone to refund my money. Meanwhile they kept pumping out pizzas for online orders but nobody was picking any of it up. Never go to this location!

Have ordered from this location multiple times now, usually take out, but occasionally delivery. No complaints, both pizza and wings have always been great, time estimate was accurate and order was never wrong. The rare time we’ve had delivery it was quick and food was still hot upon arrival.

Our delivery order was correct and on time, but don't expect it to come with red pepper flakes or parmesan.The pizza was flavorless overall, especially the ham, which tasted like nothing at all.

Pizza Hut was my favorite childhood pizza. Then I grew up and became a snob. Eating "Kens artisan pizza" and "Baby Doll" I thought I was above Pizza Hut. So i recently decided to give them another go after 5 years. I found the lowest scored Pizza Hut , watched some A24 horror movies and had a blast. It's greasy, it's doughy, it's flavorful. I took some tums for my upset tummy Just like I did as a child. Thank you Pizza Hut. I love you.
