The chicken sandwich was old and dry. Also the large soda was jammed packed with ice I could hardly get my straw in. Popeyes has always been my favorite chicken but this was terrible. While ordering they were trying to upsale items and said it in a way that you would buy it. Not a good experience

This place was getting a lot of hate on yelp for getting orders wrong. We did not have that experience at all as dine in customers and for our first Popeyes experience we ordered a LOT of food. Everything came out hot, and exactly as we ordered it. The lobby for the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Don’t order DoorDash, dine in! We will definitely be coming back.

Took about 15 minutes after placing my order in the drive thru before my 2 chicken sandwiches were brought out to me even after they told me it would be 3 to 4 minutes

Made order online for delivery app added wrong adress and did not let me cancel then after calling got told i couldnt cancel or do anything about it so my food got sent to a random place i was at the other day and im out 20 dollars and my food.

💖😏EVERYTHING was just right! The flounder sandwich wasn't for me, seemed a bit too salty but forgot all about it when I buried my face in that spicy dark bone in fried chicken, scoop of red beans and rice, mac, biscuit and apple pie!!😍

I went through the drive through and the person taking my order had a difficulty speaking and understanding what I wanted and when I got what I order the food was spicy when I asked for classic and Not spicy as well as they did not have what I originally asked for which was the treat from the fnaf promotion, very dissatisfied

Nidal is a fantastic GM. There was a glitch on the app and for some reason the restaurant never received my order even though I had already paid. Which was very frustrating but not the employees faults. They worked with me and talked to corporate for me to help remedy the situation even though I was in not the happiest mood ever. I would advise against using the app as I’m not sure I would have even got my food and would have lost money without Nidal help but the people there are very nice and professional

100% trash-ola. Chicken sandwich had a fat tender instead of the actual chicken breast. Served us day old 3pc at least, was burned to a crisp and dry as beef jerky. CHICKEN BURNED BROWN AS HECK HERE. Got home for crud. Super lol for them I guess. This was a new low. Place is a lose lose. Hope you enjoyed that. Last time at this location.

Ordered BOGO bone in wings. I got boneless wings. Gross. I even said that sounds awful when they asked if I wanted to try the boneless wings. Then I ordered the bone in wings. Never been so upset. Called and guy was clueless and rude. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY SUCK.
