Good bread , good quality meat and good fresh toppings. Great fast service. I'll definitely eat here again

I just enjoyed the most flavorful salad. It was the Farmhouse salad.

Unique Sandwich, Soup, and Shake shop with a atmosphere feeling vibe similar to Cracker Barrel. I had the Prime Rib Steak Sandwich and it was fantastic except for the fact it was only slightly warm and should have been put through the toaster oven for a longer period. Homemade chips from Louisiana were very crunchy and the different lemonades were tasty.

Employee put hot peppers in both sandwiches after being specifically told no hot peppers or anything spicy. My lips and mouth are on fire, those peppers are no joke. I have a 4 year old who usually eats off my plate, luckily I noticed the sandwich was spicy before he had asked for a bite.

This place needs a deep cleaning. My partner and I were standing in line I looked up to ornate ceiling and noticed a lot of dust build up. There was a vent that had caked on dust that made it look black, dust hanging from the ceiling and thick layers on the light fixtures right above where the food was being prepared. Also after observing I was focusing on the back counter space which looked less than desirable for cooking. My partner had placed his order by this time, ordered a small pizza melt sandwich, which ultimately did not get consumed after seeing that. The sandwich was extremely greasy that it soaked through the bag by the time we tossed it in the trash outside by the bagel shop.
I gave service 3 stars because the girls behind the counters were doing their best to accommodate the influx of customers.

If you're looking for a fast food sandwhich chain, this one is a step above, unfortunately it is only one step above. Some sandwhiches are better then fast food sandwhiches some are the same and some are worse. The worst part is that their pictures they use to advertise the sandwhiches are nothing, at all, like what the sandwhiches they give you look like. The second worst part is the 75% of Sandwiches have bread that has more flavor than the actual sandwich. If you pick one of the sandwhiches that are better then normal you'll probably come back, if you pick the other 75% you'll be like me and never come back and choose another place for either the same price or slightly above to get a quality sandwich

Free cookie! This chocolate brownie cookie was really good, you can actually taste the crunchy cookie outside and gluey brownie inside!

Staff was reluctant to take our order. Felt like I asked the guy to clean his room. Messed up my girlfriend’s order twice. Made my sandwich with no form of care. Watched him blob mayo on it like it was a finger painting project. If you like this place hurry up, cause they won’t last long.

Top notch sandwich, very satisfied. Nice layout inside, and clean. Just passing through town, would gladly stop in again.

Waited quite a bit of time for a pick up order, 25min past the pickup time. Opened my turkey sandwich to find no turkey, just veggies and the bacon I added. Potbelly is good but this time it sucked.

While it was not my first time at PotBelly it was my first time at this location. Went in around 5:30 on a Monday evening. Only customer in there. Was greeted right away. Staff was friendly and the place was pretty clean.

Need to update google to match their actual opening hrs. Walked right in at 9:30am (Google says open at 9am) and was rudely told by the female employee(male looked confused but didn’t say anything) they we’re still closed and don’t open till 10am…
I understand if you weren’t ready to open (keep doors locked to the public till ready) because you were still preparing food but the tone and mannerisms it was done/said was not ok.
Google says 9am… doors weren’t locked so we didn’t think to look at an “open” signs.
We enjoy potbelly so we made the extra drive to the tanasborn potbelly. Staff there has always been friendly!
