Stopped in to order a salad and sandwich to go. Staff was pleasant and very helpful and the food is delicious. The farmhouse salad is phenomenal!

Come here to have lunch during work. Older guy who works there often, made fun of the way I said a sandwich name. Second time I go there, he brings it up and makes fun of me again. Decided not to eat here anymore.Don't make fun of how people speak, especially if you don't know them. I have a speech impediment and I'm already self-conscious about.

Haven't eaten here for a while. Thought we'd try it yesterday on Friday. Staff was nice, they did forget our soup, no big deal. The sandwich was horrible. We had the Turkey/avocado. There were barely any ingredients on the sandwich even though we asked for the works. I even looked to see if they forgot the turkey and avocado. I can only imagine how tiny the half or skinny sandwich would be, we got the full sandwich and I thought, I'll just take half home, because we had soup too. For loaded potato soup it was like water and barely any potatoes or taste, and the sandwich was mainly bread. What was supposed to be two full sandwiches, and two cups of soup it was well over $30.I don't mind the price, if the food is worth it. I highly doubt if I'd ever go back. Pot Belly at the airport is still outstanding. Back to Beaverton Sub for me.

Do not bother if you are gluten free. No gluten free bread and they cannot even make you a salad because they said "there would be cross-contamination because there's gluten everywhere". So good for them for letting me know but seems absurd that they are unable to wipe down the surface, and prepare a salad without difficulty.

Called to place an order on my way to work. Menu literally says "To place an order or ask a question, press 0." I press 0. The guy says I can place an order online. I'm driving! To work! And trying to place my order so I can grab it on my way. But Mike was too lazy to just take an order over the phone.

Potbelly has gone way down. I placed an online order for pickup at 845. The hours listed say closed at 9. When I arrived at 8:35 the doors were locked and the employee just looked at me. They still managed to charge my card for the food I couldn't pick up though. I messaged them about the experince and was just given my refund and not acknowledged beyond that.

Pot belly is great but this location is a joke. They never are staffed enough for deliveries and frequent close early. This location needs to get it together.

That hot potato soup was cold as a spurned lover's heart. Won't be ordering that again.

Walked up around 9:15 and realized the sign said “online orders only”. The door was open and we didn’t have the app so we walked in to download the app to order. The lady rudely yelled “we’re closed”… didn’t say what time they opened, didn’t ask if we had an online order..and just looked very annoyed. Won’t come back. Why leave the door unlocked just to be rude?

I'd give a higher rating cause the food is good when it's made right, but the service is terrible. They are somewhat pleasant but spacey as all hell. You literally tell them what sandwich you want and the toppings - (all very simple sandwiches.) - right there as they're making it, and every time, they somehow fail to make the sandwich correctly with the ingredients you want. It's like they deliberately don't put on items you ask for. I'm too short to see over the countertop also, cause it's so high, so I can't even see if they're making it correctly. It's incredibly disappointing to leave after paying for the sandwich you were expecting, only to find out they failed to put on multiple ingredients. Also, if I order an AVO turkey sandwich, tell me why the hell I wouldn't want the avocado. It blows my mind how the person behind the counter working there for a paycheck in a customer service environment, where you have to memorize minimal menu items and then be literally told how to make it, A SANDWICH, and they STILL can't follow directions/orders/requests. Idk how the hell half of them even got hired because the job is so simple. Whoever is training these people needs more training themselves or to be demoted. I don't want to be rude and sit there and open up my sandwich to check it, right there in front of them every time, but I guess if I even decide to come back here, I'll open it up and check it at the register. Then they believe their service is worth a tip? I'm sorry, but hell no. They can't even do their job right. The employees need to practice giving a damn about their job and their paying customers.

Turkey AVO biggie! Service was quick, sandwich was excellent even though they left off the AVO. I think the sandwich was better with out the AVO over powering it. Next time in the area will get another, yum!

Came in today (Friday) right before 830pm. The woman who worked there rudely asked if I was there for a pickup. I said no, and I asked why? Are you closed? She loudly and rudley said yes. I left and looked up this location on my phone, and the store does not close until 9 pm and the door store hours say as well. I will never come to this location again because of that older woman's attitude.

I haven’t even tried my food yet cause I’m so upset! I read your review about the cranky old lady saying they are closed and thought I drove 30 mins to come eat so I’ll go in. should have listened! She wasn’t as cranky as I’m sure she would have liked to be but also wasn’t clear on the fact we couldn’t stay to eat while she locked the doors, where were from that’s ok for us to stay and eat. If you have the customers why close an hour early pissing them off? We won’t be back no matter how or if the food is good. Take out.. more like kicked out!
