Crust, cheese, and toppings were all spot on. Closest I’ve come in PDX to finding the pizza I grew up with back in Chicago!

I 1000% recommend this place. My husband and I are chicago natives and when we heard about a chicago style pizza we had to come out and try it. Let me tell you, this place did not disappoint. By far the best pizza we had since we moved out here. We ordered a sausage with mushrooms pizza, chef kiss. Proof pizza definitely gain loyal chicagoans customers.

The folks at Proof Pizza do it right. Not only good pizza, but when i accidentally dumped a pie on the ground they gave me a new one free of charge no questions asked. Will be back to this place all summer!

Ok so from a person that hates food carts only because it’s usually a pain to park, get wet or hot or freeze and then get mediocre food to top off your pain….. This pizza cart is sooooo worth the extra work. Excellent crispy crispy CRISPY thin crust pizza loaded with so much cheese. The cheese pull was real! Toppings were great. We got a half Layla with pepperoni and a pepperoni prosciutto and both were absolutely delish! Perfect amount of savory sauce and good size for 2 people for a 14 inch pie. Hate doughy pizza which is like 99% of the pies in this side of town and this is by far our fav pizza on the west side. Kudos on a great pie! We will be back for sure even in the rain! 😂

We ordered delivery so can't comment on atmosphere, but let's talk about that pizza! Thin crust, richly flavored sauce, and surgical amounts of pepperoni and cheese. Also got a house salad, which featured crisp greens, lots of toppings, and tasty ranch dressing. This meal made us happy, which is kinda all you need most times.
