Second time here, went out of my way to get a pizza for dinner. My 5 yr old daughter loves pepperoni pizza and we tried this just bc she saw pizza. Her we are for round two. A true chicago style pizza (not deep dish yall) this cracker crust and cheese over the pepperoni. Bravo. I believe i met the owner and she was awesome answering my questions and sharing their journey to open this spot. Please come and buy all the pizza. You will thank me later

AMAZING!! As a native Chicago-an I can confidently say this is hands down the best Chicago tavern style pizza in the entire city (and I've tried them all in search of a taste of home). The owners were also super cool! Rarely do I get to talk Chicago food with true Chicago folks. I will be back, and I highly recommend.

We just had a pizza and some wings at Proof Pizza and Biscuits in Beaverton. The location is at the new Breakside location in Beaverton. The pizza has a perfect thin, cracker-like crust. The sauce, cheese, and topping are excellent quality in the perfect proportionsThe wings were smoky and crispy with a delicious sauce. We had the mild, and will try the hot next time. (She said the hot isn't too hot!)Service was great, and wait time was short. The owners are very nice and take obvious pride in their product! Will be going here on a regular basis.

They’ll make your pizza, put it on top of the oven beside the microwave and not text you…then act all giddy and happy when you come by 45 mins later wondering where your order is. Second time with this place, never again.

We were SO excited to have a Chicago thin crust pizza place in town. We were hoping the pizza would be decent but we were blown away by how much it tastes like the pizza we grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. Their Bosco sticks are on point and the mozzarella sticks are so good! HIGHLY recommend their homemade hot gardinera (another food we have been unable to find in the PNW). I talked to the owners and they are super friendly, and I can tell that their food means a lot to them, which makes me want to support them even more. We've already been back a few times and will be back many more.
