If I could rate this zero stars, I would. The bathroom lock mechanism allows any "customer" to open ANY bathroom door 1.5-2 inches WITH the locking mechanism engaged. They use a motel room lock, no deadbolt. Men, women, and children should consider their privacy violated when using these restrooms.

This place sucks. Don’t expect your order to be correct or to be treated with an ounce of respect and human decency. Food quality is terrible and the staff is so rude. The portions are tiny and the meat is undercooked

I ordered delivery of 2 tortilla soups. Also ordered yesterday & it was very good.
Today the soup was very salty & didn't arrive with the tortilla strips & sour cream.
Seem minimum wage shouldn't be increased for employees who can't get a simple order correct.

I’ve given this location quite a few chances and each time it’s the same. I’ve even written in about mistakes to my order. (Which was taken care of promptly by owner, I appreciate.) I write honest reviews because I know ppl read them as do I.
Customer service here is lacking. Ladies behind counter, give no greeting before they hurry into “what can I get you?”

If you’ve never been to the restaurant, well you better act like it because you are rushed through the process and barely have a moment for a question.

Each time I’ve gone in, There’s been no line so I don’t understand the rush and annoyance.

I still have a free chips and queso from my rewards but felt so rushed and off put, I forgot to add it and didn’t want to even return to the line.

I love the food here, but dealing with poor customer service will have customers like me leaving and not coming back. You’ve got to have the right ppl upfront.

I've been going to Qdoba for over 12 years, and I have to say that i've had good experiences at every other location than this location and the Hillsboro location.

This locations staff is very rude, and they nickel and dime you for absolutely everything, even water cups! I've been yelled at for getting Soda water, being told that i'm stealing and they will stop giving me a water cup, when every other fast food restaurant I have been to its free.

They are giving smaller portions than any other location, and when you ask for more they tell its gonna cost $2- Why not just give me a spoon amount and stop giving me half Spoonfuls? Like why am i telling you how to do your job, this shouldn't be a thing.

If you want Rice or beans on your nachos, that's an extra 2$ EACH, every other location is totally fine with giving you some beans, Again why am i having this problem.

I have refrained from writing this review for over a year now, and I can confidently say that I go to Qdoba at least 5-10 times a month sometimes more. and I love the food, BUT MAN I absolutely HATE the experience i've had. Like there are times I'm right next this location, and I end up driving to tualatin, or to southeast portland because the experience is just so freaking bad here.

Today is a great example of being told that I'm stealing for getting soda water like its just absolutely ridiculous. employees need to know what is free and what isn't free otherwise it just makes the customer feel like absolute shit when they come in to one of the locations, and they do it completely different than the other locations, i'm just so FED UP. with it.

I'll still go to Qdoba, I just hope that in the future every store is like the Southeast Portland store or the tualatin store, those two spots are by far the best experience i've had out of all of the 4 locations.

I write this because I really like being a customer, i really do, but if the experience at the hillsboro location or the beaverton is crappy then Im gonna stop going and just go to the southeast location, which is 30 MINUTES FROM ME compared to These two locations which are 5 minutes. Like comeon thats how bad it is.

Please for the love of god fix these locations.

Just received our 31$ 2 entree dinner.
Moms 3 tacos are a sad joke...
& My taco salad bowl was 90% lettuce & they topped the lettuce off with a few bites of the other toppings ordered. I would not recommend delivery, seems they think it's OK to serve the bare minimum when you do. I haven't been to this location this year but frequented it in the past with this exact order & have had no complaints. I will not be spending money here again!!! (Pics were taken immediately after the delivery & before any food had been consumed.)

This spot is a hidden gem in the corner. I could smell it every time we walked by. Finally found the place to the smell. I highly recommend this location. It's very delicious and the service is fabulous.

Another poor review for the incredibly small portions received for an online order. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. Asked for extra rice and cheese knowing how they operate and received less than half portions for both. Every time I order online from here it’s the same issue, and every time I do I swear to stop going, so I guess shame on me.

All else being equal, I actually prefer Qdoba over Chipotle: the burritos are more customizable; the choice of ingredients are a lot more varied and interesting, and the flavors are better. I think the only reason why Chipotle generally sees more foot traffic is because they spend more on advertising. I ❤️ Qdoba!

The people here were incredibly kind, I came later in the night and they helped me straight away. One of the ppl on the grill, even made me fresh fajita vegetables when they saw that they ran out when I asked for some on my bowl. It was very kind experience and I would definitely come back! In comparison, I formerly worked for Chipotle and they would never go out of their way to make something especially when it’s 1-2 hours before closing.

Been going here for a year, the staff is great. Super consistent too, so mgmt must be doing something right. Never been to a Qdoba before in my life, and now I’ve been to this one a dozen times or more.

Terrible service. Dirty unkempt store. Ordered one time and will never order again. It’s not that hard to make a basic burrito or burrito bowl. Store was bare so no exceptions on the slow rude service and incorrect food. Workers were too busy chatting to even sweep the store.

This is the first qdoba where the portions were ridiculously small, every other place i ever went to would have the bowl full and I never had to ask for extras. Even after asking for extras our bowls were hardly full. I ordered a veggie bowl and they did not even add decent servings of fajitas in mine. I did not even feel like th salsas were added sufficiently, really horrible management. Read the reviews of others facing the same issue, can’t even imagine placing an online order in this place.
