We ordered the Chicken and Steak Hot Bar from Qdoba catering and had a 5-star experience. The caterer was on time, friendly and efficient and the food was beautifully packaged and presented. Our caterer brought everything we needed--serving bowls, forks, napkins, and serving utencils and set it all up for us. But the best part was the fresh and delicious food! The chicken and beef were warm and perfectly prepared and all of the sides were the best quality--really delicious and fresh guacamole, corn salad, cilantro lime rice, two kinds of beans, sour cream, fresh pico, lettuce, and red and verde salsas. Honestly, everyone was very happy. We can't say enough good things about it all. I highly recommend them for catering. I'm going back for thirds--

The service at this location is horrendous! The woman helping me was in an awful mood and was taking it out on her customers. I asked for extra white rice and she looks at me says okay and then shook the rest of the rice off the spoon and moved on to the next person? I left this location feeling disrespected and in a bad mood. Don't recommend.

Upon walking in the employees were welcoming and the restaurant was clean. The employees who made our food were generous and friendly. The food was delicious. Upon leaving all the employees thanked us for eating at their restaurant. My family and I will absolutely be returning to this location.

Portions just keep getting smaller and smaller. Sour cream is shot out of a pin hole so it looks like you got some, but you can't taste any. Salsa was literally like 1 tablespoon, can't even see it. Come on, these are not expensive ingredients, raise your prices if you need to but once you lose customers the few cents you saved won't make up for it and they won't come back. Chipotle (a mcd co), is supposed to be the cheap one, but they're actually better than this. (Only 2 red sauce, both empty. Completely dead in here, but 3 staff just wandering around doing nothing)

I haven't been here in a while, it wasn't busy so that was good. I got a veggie fajita burrito, super tasty except for the guacamole (it tasted like the avocados were over ripe and started to brown). Overall pleased with my burrito.

We were not greeted when we entered. They charge premium prices for mediocre food. I ordered a chicken burrito, the employee has to refill the container on the make like. Nothing wrong with that, except that he put the new product on top of the old, instead of using FIFO (first in first out) where he should have put the old product on the top of the new product, so it gets used first.Some employees were not wearing any hats, while others were e wearing unbranded hats backwards.The tables are dirty, they have probably 20 tables , all of them are dirty.Their drink lids do not stay on the cup, and they do not have straws by the drink station.I’ll stick to Chipotle. It seems they still know how to run this kind of business better.

Portions are tiny, I’m not even sure there’s a full bit of chicken in this burrito when you add it up, thought it might have been just been a one time experience when I came here a few months ago and had the same experience. This location is definitely not on par with other qdobas I had been to, which is a shame because this one is in the same business park as my work.
