Literally the best food cart I've ever been to. Easily the best priced BBQ I've ever found as well. The meat has incredible flavor, their Mac and cheese is delicious, and if you ever need a recommendation, the staff knows their stuff. I've had the brisket sandwich, brisket bowl, the brisket Mac bowl and the brisket Mac fries and every time I go they blow my mind. If you want the best meal for a reasonable price, Raining BBQ is the king.

If you're trying to get barbecue under $10 this is the place. Really decent portion sizes really solid taste and the people running it are very nice. It's not going to blow your mind, but it will absolutely consistently hit the spot. Also one of the fastest food carts in the pod.

I got a combo with the beef brisket, cornbread, and mac & cheese. Everything was great. Habanero sauce is super hot, but great when you mix it with the chipotle sauce. Solid mac & cheese, and cornbread.

The brisket Mac n cheese is amazing and to die for. We also had the sampler platter and it did not disappoint. The cornbread and slaw were so good. Definitely coming back!

Stopped by for lunch today with a few coworkers. The brisket was delicious. Nice smoke ring, great flavor and moist. I should have added some beans instead of fries. Beans would have been perfect compliment. I’ll definitely return.

loaded fries werent crispy like they should be even asking for them do be double dipped fried for crispy fries , the beans that shouldnt have been on the fries made the fries soggy , barely any meat brisket was pretty lite . price was fine for what i got but beans shouldnt be on this dish , stick with fries cheese brisket sour cream and jalapenos . go out to the gorge in a town called bingen and order their loaded fries or loaded tots and youll find a true brisket loaded dish . not skimping on the meat or bbq sauce . but the 11. 99 price is very resonable with beans . next time ill say hold the beans add more meat cheese and sauce !!

One of my friends is a fan of this food truck, and my partner and I gave it a try. It does not disappoint. They have a pretty sizable smoker of their own behind the cart, which is a good sign. They sell platter options to sample different meats for a good price, and they give you a lot of food. Their pulled pork is especially delicious, and they have yummy fries. Our least favorite part of the dish was the chicken, but even then, the skin was great and the meat was well cooked. We definitely plan to come back and try more. There's not that many good BBQ options in the Beaverton area; so far the best we've had is from this truck. I'd say it's better than a lot of the BBQ trucks in Portland as well.
