Ramen Ryoma Beaverton

I'm not sure why this place is rated so high! The egg and meat in my soup were VERY cold. Only the broth was hot. The broth and noodles were soso but the meat and egg was cold as if they just pulled it from a container from the fridge. I'm not talking room temp im talking COLD. it made the whole soup gross. This was the same for the other 2 in my party. Waitress was nice.

This place went downhill. The shoyu ramen tasted like 100% bacon broth. Not sure if they used rendered fat from the chashu to make it but that’s all that it tasted like. And the miso ramen tasted SO SO SALTY. This place used to have amazing broth.

Best ramen place ever, great, fast, and kind service. The killer spicy ramen is my absolute favorite with a burst of spicy flavors that match no other ramen, spicy enough and so enjoyable at the same time. Their menu is simple and not full of options that overwhelm you. I love this place a lot that I became a regular customer.

Best Ramen in town, hands down. Fresh, consistent, and delicious with excellent service. Also their vegan broth is amazing, I'm not even vegan and I get it half the time I go.

Excellent service and food. Food came out very quickly and hot.

Terrible quality. I ordered a Deluxe which is supposed to look like the first picture and got the second picture Unfortunately I ordered takeout and did not realize until I was home Called and the person working told me that the next time I am in they will give me the pork and two eggs that were supposed to be in my order!

Fantastic! Literally food was arriving on the table as the waitress was still taking our order on her device. Tiramisu was so good. I forgot to take a picture. Definitely at the black garlic oil. Soooooooo goooood!!!!
