Went there for lunch. Food was good but the service was not good. upon arrival the restaurant was almost empty but the server gave us the worst booth in the venue near the entrance against the wall. It was so tiny with almost no legroom that I wondered if I could enjoy my meal there. Again the restaurant was almost empty from the moment I stepped in until the end of my meal. Later I asked another server if I could move to another bigger table which I did.
they also forgot to bring dipping sauces for fries so I had to draw their attetion and ask again and they never asked if I wanted a refill for my drink either until the end. I like Red Robin burgers and I go there often but I don't wish to go this location again.

Manager gave me attitude when I brought his attention to : 1.) others who came after me had bugers delivered first 2.) Had to wait a long time for burger and 3) burger got cold because had to wait long time a second time for the BBQ sauce which I had requested with the original order. The Jack Daniels BBQ burger has been substandard several times now. Problem is too little to no BBQ sauce. I have to request additional BBQ sauce on the side each time.
The manager treated me unfairly when I brought the poor service and poorly prepared Jack Daniels to his attention. Who made him manager anyway. Needs more training.

Pretty crazy you can spend $80 at a restaurant on your birthday and they don't offer the table a complimentary dessert.
Not so great. The hostess made us wait more than ten minutes. IDK if she was on break, then they were pissed that we seated ourselves. While we waited a long time to even get menus, the manager, white bald guy was yelling at another couple about something and made a huge scene, it was so embarrassing for them. Idk but it felt racial. Will never eat here again. So rude, bad attitudes . Our waitress was super snarky, and combative. IDK why they are rude to paying customers, do they want to close down like Red lobster or Joanne's??!!! Not worth it, go somewhere else if you want a great dining experience..

This location seems to have gone downhill a lot recently, between poor corporate changes (smaller portions, higher prices, and worse ingredients) to service issues. I'm not sure if the service problems are poor management or lack of adequate staffing, but something is ALWAYS missing on delivery orders, and something is typically messed up when dining in. Most recently my whole delivery order was wrong, correct entree but wrong modifications, missing sauces, and a whole missing appetizer.

Got to RR at 8:54. Food was supposed to be ready for pick up at 8:57. After 6 minutes waiting I finally had the hostess greet me 9:00- only to have her tell me only "they're working on it" and have her disappear for another 15 minutes.
I'm not sure what the point of ordering online for pickup, and being told a time- if I'm still going to have to wait for 20 min

Pepperoni pizza cooked excellent, bottomless fries good as always, bbq ribs could've been less dry, royal red robin burger and scorpion burger were good but the jalapeños did not taste good. My husband asked for a booth but the hostess seated us at a table. Troy was kind enough to move us to a booth, as I have back problems and can not sit in their hard chairs for too long. We had a different person take our order but Troy was the one who went the extra mile to take care of us by checking on our meals and on anything else we needed. Thank You Troy!

Burgers are usually good here, but here patty was too dry and overcooked. Garlic broccoli not as good as other locations

The manager was rude and abusive. He disrespected me big time because he didn't like the way I looked. I did nothing wrong. He told me not to come back. No customer should ever be treated like I was. It was demeaning, embarrassing and traumatizing. He treated me like I was less than human. I am a 78 year old military veteran. I reported the incident to their corporate guest services. They never responded. I think there are other restaurants in the area that deserve your business a lot more than this place does.
