Lucero I believe was our server tonight even though there was a guy and girl so no clue who was the actual server at first eveything was ok I wanted to take a to go burger for my husband for home and they didn’t allow me to because they say it is only dine in which it does not state that in there promotion at all so the manager came up named Mike I believe to tell us the same thing which is fine whatever well we we’re still eating our fries the server didn’t ask if we’re done or not came and grabbed both baskets away from us with them being full with fries she never came back my brother wanted to pay in cash well they never came back for while so we went up to the front while we saw a worker up there tell me why the server runs up in front of customers telling us you guys didn’t pay so loud that it was embarrassing we went up so we can pay in cash since we needed to get out of there and they never came to our table and then she does that and then even the mike guy decides to yell at us and tell us to get out like what!!!! I’d never ever go back and either is any of my family coming back to Red Robin again especially this Beaverton location this is not the first time I see and get bad service they do not care about there customers or anyone!!!

Asked to be sure we get hot fries and we did not get hot fries with out meal. Asked for burger to be slightly pink but came with no pink! Had to wave down server to refill drinks anf to replace out fries. My BLTA had a speck of bacon! Manager did come.to table and brought ice for our tea, replaced the fries and offered to replace the burger. Had about 4 sets of customers and I can only imagine how messed up it all would of been if they were busy. Have not tried this place for a long time due to lousy service. Won't return due to inconsistencies. This Beavetton location really is sub par! With so many options to eat this will never be on our list.
Edit: Sam, the manager, spoke to us and we felt he cared and was sincere in his communication. Have hope our feedback might generate some positive changes going forward. Hope for their sake.

Every time my family comes to this place, the waitstaff is lackluster, and the service and food was not good. Our son order a kids burger, but it was pink inside and the waiter didn't care to work that day. It was on a Sunday afternoon, and it was not so busy, but the service was not the best.

Second time was worst!
So my first review of this place was not the best this is my second review and I will tell you to run from this place, the waiter that served us this afternoon was a young guy with shoulder length hair that was a brunette of the ethnic and origin.

We thought coming back with a good idea, it turns out to be terrible. The waiter that waited on us, was lousy, when he took her order, rolling his eyes acting like he didn't want to serve our table, but he had no other problem serving the other table, that was on the side of us.

Our kids was with us, he messed up our, didn't offer as any drinks refills, there was no silverware on the table, and they cannot say it was busy, because it was a Sunday afternoon and there was hardly any people there. He completely ignored, our table and then proceeded to ignore, our table while other staff members waited on us. This person did not get a tip, nor will they ever get a tip from us, and we will not be returning to his red robins.

When I talked to the lazy manager, he ignored my complaints and told me what I wanted to hear, which I wasn't born yesterday because, I worked at Food Service and I know what the managers want to say to shut up the customer. But they will be hearing from me, and we will be getting a refund because you do not treat, a family this way just because you're having a bad day. If you're having a bad day stay home! that way we won't have to deal with it.
So, please go to another Red Robin this is not worth it, and the one person that did help us, he went out of his way to provide for us better service, than our assigned waiter did, and we wish we would have been able to tip him, because he knew it was like actually work and enjoy his job.

I've been contemplating leaving this review from what I saw during a late lunch Monday but when I saw that the lady also left a review I had to reiterate what she said so people don't assume she was some Karen.

The way the manager treated that grandma was something I've never witnessed before. I was appalled at how the manager treated her! I also will never be taking my family back to the Beaverton location. She's more understanding than I am, I'm beyond saying that the manager should get some retraining, that manager should be fired. It was very telling that the staff were the ones apologizing to her for how she was treated. If that's how management treats a grandmother, how do they treat the employees especially behind closed doors.

Towards the end I overheard her grandson say that the manager better not come back over or he'd handle it, I was almost hoping the manager did go back because that grandson like like he probably plays on the line for high school football and was a big kid and I could only imagine what he would've done or said to that manager if they would've further treated her like garbage. I mean he looked pissed. But he respectfully listened to his grandma who said to be the bigger man and not cause a scene.

I'll be calling their corporate # as well. But based off reviews I read her that no one for corporate responds. I'll update here if I do get a response though.

I had lunch with my Grandson. It was taking a long time for his food. He waited 40 minutes for just a hamburger and fries. I asked to talk to a Manager, the waiter got a Manager for me. I was really taken away from his very Unprofessional attitude. I asked him why it was taken so long to get my grandsons food. He said to me to stop yelling at him and to go set down. I was not yelling at him I simply asked a question. I noticed another table having issues so I asked them if they were OK. At that time the Manager approached me and told me in front of all the customers and staff to set down in my seat and eat my food or I had to leave. I felt very harassed by him. He needs to be retrained on how to treat guests. I will never go back to that location ever again because of the harassment I felt from the manager. I am a grandma that simply wanted to take my Grandson out to lunch and spend time with him. This was not how I wanted to spend time with him having his grandma being Harassed by a Manager in front of him. The server was very nice and other servers come over to our table and Repeatedly Apologized for their manager's Behavior. They seen and heard everything and felt bad for my Grandson and I going through this horrible situation.

Chin is probably the best/kindest server we’ve ever had anywhere. We specifically ask for bar seating in hopes to have him, he’s so attentive and seems to know exactly what we need before we even ask! I never leave reviews but homie deserves it haha. Shout out to Chin!!

I’ve always enjoyed Red Robin’s food but Chin’s service was by far the best I’ve seen in years. He was extremely attentive, constant soda refills and checking to see that we enjoyed our meals. He helped me sign up for the Royalty membership and is definitely another reason I will be coming back.
