Good place but always full. Probably cause they are the only video lottery place that ACTUALLY stays open until they’re posted hours which is until 2:30am. After Covid it seems like businesses close when we they feel like it no matter what’s posted online or in print on their building. And good luck finding anything open past 12am these days. But Richard’s is true to their hours and open late. So it makes sense why they are always full in the later hours.
I have been to a few different Richard's, and I found that I am welcomed with a better staff, mainly a employee by the name of Jessica, who always seems to be working when I come in. She has a professional Demeanor, and a great work ethic. She real seem you know how to help her customers, and from what I have witnessed she toys to keep a safe running Establishment while she is working her shift. I’ve only been in to buy smokes. But I got off of work and Maxwells was closed, so I came here. Glad I did! The machines played all night, so I didn’t lose quick ?? and the lady behind the bar (Christina?) was very attentive and cleaned machines like crazy when someone got up! Which I appreciate because some people are gross! All in all I had a good time, good music in the background and great service! Thank you!
