I got a pecan cinnamon roll and it was amazing! The flavor of the actual cinnamon roll was one of the best I have ever had. Perfectly sticky and sweet. The topping was really crunchy and separated easily from the rest of it, but I still really liked it. I then tried the regular and another pecan one. The first pecan one had a much better spread of toppings. I didn’t love the regular cinnamon roll, the frosting was just okay and it didn’t have enough cinnamon. The snickerdoodle cookie was good but dry. I loved the carrot cake cupcake but the toffee on top was really hard to chew.

I bought a german chocolate cake for my mom's birthday it turned out delicious! I love this bakery! I've tried a couple of different pastries here. I loved the gluten-free apple banana bread with cream cheese frosting and the marionberry strudel. Also, the marionberry matcha latte is excellent as well, I would recommend it! ?❤️

The owner is so talented and kind! The place just has a warm vibe and makes you feel good before even tasting their absolutely amazing delicousness! It’s a must try!!
If you have a gluten allergy or celiac don’t bother. They baked their gf in the same space as regular baked goods so everything is contaminated. I had some really delicious gf lemon and raspberry tarts last night for pi day. I wanted this place to work for me, but it doesn’t. I don’t understand why bakeries go to the effort to offer gf if they are baking it in the same space as wheat-based items. It doesn’t serve people with actual allergies. I was quite sick last night :(

Rosie Mae's is an excellent neighborhood bakery. The variety of baked items are very good. We had a birthday ? cake custom made. Funfetti cake ? with strawberry filing.

We got there right before they closed and got a few different things to try. We got the vegan focaccia, croissant, raspberry funfetti cupcake, peanut butter cookie, and a snickerdoodle cookie. Everything was delicious and we will certainly be back very soon. We are thankful to have this wonderful bakery in our area!
